A lovely place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, driving around is easy and it is close to the Oldtown area. We would stay there again.

Perfect getaway

My husband and I wanted to be close to Old Town of Scottsdale so we could walk the majority of our vacation. This place was perfect! We were able to walk to and from the condo to multiple restaurants, shops, bars etc.! Becky, the owner, was wonderful and very responsive to any questions we had while staying. Highly recommend staying here!

Great place to stay - everything was set perfect on are arrival. Clean sheets, nice full bath and having the full kitchen was a bonus. We stayed two full weeks and the onsite laundry was clean & tidy. the property was close walking to the mall, Old scottsdale, Camelback mountain and more. Very safe area. We well certainly stay here again!!!

Great getaway

We had a great stay at this property. Quiet and felt safe while walking distance or a short Uber drive to restaurants and shops in Old Town. The pools were nice while a bit small. If one was busy and loud, it was only a short walk to a quieter one.

Great location, ok complex

We enjoyed the proximity to Scottsdale/Phoenix spots but found the actual unit less than desirable. It was clean, check-in was easy and Becky was very responsive. You get what you pay for.

Great Stay

I was already here and my husband flew in a few days later and the early check in was perfect. Such a clean unit compared to other ones we have stayed here in. The property management was spectacular. I would say the only thing would be a more comfortable bed 😉 Thank your foe the hospitality and would definitely ise this again.

Adorable and conveniently located townhouse

This property was literally home for the 10 days I was here. I walked in and it was exactly like the photos showed. I was so Comfortable, I felt very safe, I walked on the canal paths which were located near by. Communication was excellent with Rebecca. Not one negative thing to say.

Cute, convenient Condo

The property was perfect for our weekend getaway from the ice & snow up north. The location is minutes from Old Town and easy to find. The unit was well equipped with dishes, wine glasses and a corkscrew. We enjoyed the fact that there was a step in shower ( vs a shower in a tub) and a good hair dryer. The host sent us excellent instructions on TV remote operation and suggestions on restaurants plus a nice selection of little snacks . I would rent this unit again.

Fresh and clean!

We just left…. What an adorable place! And the location is amazing! Just across the street from Fashion Square Mall and a ten minute walk to Old Town shops, restaurants, bars etc. I’ll say the best part tho was our host. She sent out informative and detailed emails…. And responded quickly if I had a question. I highly recommend this rental. You won’t be disappointed!

We so Enjoyed you lovely home! It is Spotless. and is convenient, and a secure area. 😉 The Only suggestion we have for you is: Please install a safety hand bar on wall for safety from falls. And to place a small ‘metal’ stand to hold soaps, shampoo, Razor, etc in the shower, otherwise, our bottles on the floor.

The location was the best part about this place if you are looking to be near downtown/old town Scottsdale. The host was super easy to work with. If you are looking for somewhere to sleep in everyday, this place isn't it since there is no curtains in the bedroom. It was very cozy though which my husband and I appreciated. I let the host know of some things that would make the apartment much more enjoyable and over the top. While it's privately owned, the host doesn't live in AZ anymore which is reflected in the upkeep. We love to repeat where we stay and would stay here again!

Dirty Condo

With photos and other people’s good statement's about this condo I chose which I wish I hadn’t. Codo needs a good cleaning, it just smelled dirty, dirty bath rug, dirty sofa pillows, dirty floors, cleaning bucket and mops stored behind green plant in corner by TV, patio was very dirty, so no patio sitting for me, cold showers a couple of nights, shower needs maintenance. Bedroom was okay, bed comfortable, closet needs cleaned.

Polished and old apartment

Amazing location, but old unit. Unit has been given a facelift which is fine for short term rentals. Cleanliness left much to be desired, 3 inch dust balls on the floor; dusty base boards, thick dust on counters/fridge, etc. left the apartment feeling dingy despite the Reno. Original windows in unit aren’t sealed, we had ants coming in from outside, and one point there were over 100 ants crawling through our stuff. Pool area was nice but needs some TLC. Hostess was great.

Great stay at Scottsdale

Great central Phoenix Metro and walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale. Becky provided thorough instructions and list of things to do and restaurants prior to arrival. Easy keyless entry to the condo.

Fun Pre- Christmas Visit

We go to Scottsdale every year to visit my Brother in law and Sister in LAw and Kids for Christmas. This place had a Christmas tree, and was very festive. Location is walkable if heading to Old Town Scottsdale and right across the street from Fashion Square. Would recommend!
