The Space:
When you arrive to stay you will be welcomed with a gift of wine and welcome compendium. Stroll the leafy green streets in this upmarket suburb close to the city or a short stroll to the river jetty at Matilda Bay. The apartment is newly renovated and fitted out with high quality furnishings and is suitable for a wide array of visitors to Perth. All linen and bathroom accessories are provided for you. The apartment is business and family ready. The well fit out kitchen and bathroom is modern and clean. Laundry facilities are provided.
There is secure access to the building and apartment.

Located in the up market leafy green surburb of Crawley near the Swan River and on the city’s doorstep, tranquil Cook Avenue’s newly renovated apartment is in our view the best location close to the city for the astute traveller. Unlimited WIFI, Netflix and welcome wine. Stylish, furnished apartment is conveniently located only 150m walk to UWA (University of Western Australia), 250m to Broadway Fair Shopping Centre, 4km to Kings Park (Poole Ave entry) and 4km to Claremont Quarters and Subiaco Shopping Centres. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars close and a short drive to Northbridge, Leederville and Subiaco restaurant/bar/cafe locations. The home is also ideally located within close proximity to public transport (100m), Perth's major medical facilities and the States Tertiary Medical Institutions (University affiliated hospitals), including Sir Charles Gardner Hospital, QEII, Hollywood Private Hospital, Perth’s Children’s Hospital, King Edward Memorial Women’s Hospital and St John of God’s Hospital.
Getting Around:
Easy access to public transport 7 days a week to the city, hospitals and Fremantle. Ample free parking. Close to main link to city and freeways.
Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide photo ID and selfie to host (Qualitystays) as requirement from Property Management Company for using the apartment for short term rental. This ensures safety and security for all guests and apartment owners. Photo Id's will be deleted on checkout. Guests can upload the photo ID and selfie to the check in form or by sending a message on the booking platform or email us.
Guests must not move furniture around. It is expected that the guests will treat the property with respect and care. This includes keeping it clean and tidy, reporting any damages promptly, and leaving the property in the same condition you found it.
Guests who have gatherings and parties and are asked to leave will not receive a refund.
If a guest cancels their booking a refund will be given based on the refund policy, but we reserve the right to withhold a certain percentage of the payment if a third party processing fee is incurred by us, as a result of cancellation.
Guests will incur a fee of $100 to replace a key.
There is a full compendium Welcome book to provide you with details about the property, suburb and a detailed list of Perth attractions, restaurants and bars, WA destinations and top photo locations for those who love to take selfies of top photo locations.
Noise level needs to be extremely quiet after 9 pm especially outside in the carpark..
Guests cancelling will be subject to Qualitystays refund policy.

Guest has access to the whole apartment, communal areas and car bay.
