Decent getaway

The house is a bit dated and bland and the pool was small. Could have used some better quality sheets for master bedroom. The hot tub was very nice. Neighborhood was ok. Price was good. Would recommend

Florida vacation

Our stay was wonderful! Hector was fantastic. He was always a phone call away. The house was exactly what we needed and had everything you could imagine. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Get Away!

We wanted a quick getaway for two before school started and we were so happy with our stay. This home is equipped with everything you could possibly need including toiletries you may have forgotten, beach chairs and fishing poles, and a fully stocked kitchen. Our favorite features were the hot tub and swim spa which we started and ended our day in. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. Everything was labeled for us to find and the hosts provided a notebook with instructions, menus, and helpful information. They also left a welcome basket of goodies and a sweet note. I also enjoyed the opportunity to play REAL records on the REAL record player. What a blast from the past! We would definitely come back to this home in the future and stay longer!

Wonderful staycation!

We had an amazing staycation at this property. We only came from 90 minutes away and packed way more than necessary. The home was beautiful, extremely clean and well stocked with anything/everything you could possibly need. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the huge fenced in backyard made it the perfect place for our fur baby to celebrate her 6th birthday. Everyone that we worked with in booking our trip was very helpful and responsive. There is a Publx in very close proximity to the home for an easy trip to the grocery store. We cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be looking for an opportunity to visit again soon!

Very clean, welcoming and comfortable with lots of entertainment options!

We thoroughly enjoyed the access to the kayaks, dock, tandem bikes and a huge selection of movies! The hot tub was very clean and definitely helped me to relax! Kiddo enjoyed the pool and the hundred pool toys that were left - we had a lot of fun throwing the beach ball back and forth and catching each other off guard with the water guns! There was also a lot of different equipment we could use for cooking, we're grateful that there was so much to do in case anyone got bored. We had an excellent host with a warm welcome (and a cold bottle of wine!) Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Best organized home ever!

This was the best organized home we have ever stayed at and we have stayed at too many vacation homes to count. Everything you can absolutely imagine was at our fingertips! And to crown it all, everything is labeled and easy to find. There was not only TV's, but videos cassettes galore, a record player with actual OLD records and CSD's, all the cutlery and crockery you would ever need and everything you can image you would need for children from birth to teenagers - including bikes, boogie boards, games and kayaks, bassinettes and playpens. I must admit, the only thing I could not find was a wheelchair - not that it was needed! The pool is heated and is a saltwater pool and the hot tub is brand new. There is a huge birdfeeder with lots of bird food and we saw egrets, cardinals, hornbills, woodpeckers, squirrels, rabbits, and jumping fish and we are sure we heard an alligator one night. The pool and hot tub is completely screened in and they yard is securely fenced and gated. A lovely touch was the welcome card and the gift basket. A pleasant surprise was being able to park our car in the garage. Guests have access to everything in this rustic, obviously well-loved home. We will be back!

Relaxing, pleasant stay in quiet neighborhood with plenty of amenities

This property is as described and true to the photos. It was clean, well equipped, and in good condition. The owners provide a bunch of extra amenities that you might need but can't afford to bring. The hot tub worked well, the beds were comfortable, and they had all the kitchen items we needed. They also had items for smaller children, which we did not use but would be convenient for parents of small children. We appreciated the shower chair, blender, welcome package and plenty of information. There were a lot of birds and squirrels using the feeders. The house is a little older, so don't expect an ultra modern setup, and some light fixtures could use a dusting but things were clean and tidy. The only thing we would clarify is that the swim spa is not the type that generates a current for you to swim against, but like a normal pool just smaller/shallower. The pool was warm and very pleasant to use. On another note the Florida Spirit SW / Evolve management team provided good communication before and after. We did a have an entry code issue upon arrival, but they answered our call right away and remedied the situation promptly. We would recommend this property and would stay here again.

Quiet Neighborhood, Plenty of Amenities

This was our 2nd time back to this house. And we have just booked our next "Snowbird" Getaway there. Love the small house with fenced yard on canal. Owners thought of and stocked home with all items needed for a great family vacation. The only items you really need to bring are your clothes!

Great neighborhood…

We loved the bikes and kayak! We fished and watched all the wildlife. Had a great stay. Completely enjioyed the pool and awesome hot tub! Barely had to go anywhere we were so content! Nice grill too.

Awesome place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property is close to tons of restaurants, shopping, activities and beaches. Neighborhood was quiet and clean. Neighbors friendly. Enjoyed the hot tub and small pool. We were pleased to find additional supplies such as shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc to make it easier to be settled in. Our hosts were gracious to give us some welcome gifts such as snacks and a local bottle of wine. We highly recommend this property and would be thrilled to book there again.

Gorgeous home located on a small canal. Everyday there was an abundance of wildlife to watch.

Relaxing, calming nice place to take a dip in the pool and relax in the hot tub!! The host was fantastic, we had a welcome package left for us it was terrific and the binder left by the host was terrific, we visited beaches we didn't know existed.

Quiet Neighborhood, Nice amenities

Tim and I stayed at this property for a few days in beginning of May. We are looking forward to staying there for several weeks in the winter. Home is comfortable, kitchen well equipped and all the extra amenities were a plus (towels, linens). Nice Hot Tub and yard is fenced in (for the dog). The property is in close proximity to grocery store and eateries. And close access to rt 41 and Interstate 75. See you in February!

Perfect home away from home...

Stayed at this location while in the area visiting family... i was so happy with the location as it was very close to everything that we wanted to see and to our family's home. although there were some very minor issues with the house, they all were addressed promptly by the rental service... overall, it was very well-appointed and a perfect home away from home! would definitely stay here again when visiting my family!

Left the snow for a 30 day sunshine & warmth injection. Was able to exhale and just sit , relax & watch the world spin. Clean house, maintained yard, completely equipped, quiet neighborhood except for all the birds 😀, hot tub & heated pool - it was awesome . Everything you need except for food, needed nothing. Internet, smart TV, secluded yard on a canal, kayaks, fishing poles, beach chairs, soap, tools ( needed to use pliers & screwdriver but not to fix anything on the house) all there. Exceeded expectations in every way. Owners thought of everything Was very relaxing Thank YOU!
