Great Location

Nice view of the river in the center of town. Enjoyed walking around town & visiting with shop keepers. Everyone was very friendly. We stayed 3 nights visiting family in the area & attending a wedding. The house is well equipped & would definitely stay again.

Great Holiday weekend

We enjoyed staying in this well kept historic home on the river. It was equipped with everything we needed & very comfortable. Our 3 day Memorial weekend passed too quickly. The towns people are all very friendly. There are numerous choices for dining & fun to walk along the river & neighborhoods. I would stay here again.

We loved our stay at 113 Riverside, a circa 1796 townhouse on the river. The home is tastefully appointed with charm, comfort and convenience in mind. We loved sitting out front watching the river go by and meeting the friendly people of Augusta. Shops, attractions, and restaurants are within walking distance. Enjoyed just taking our time in this peaceful place. We will return.

Awesome stay

This place was darling. We enjoyed the river across the street, watching the ferry. Beautiful sunsets. The town was quaint and quiet. The house was perfect for the two of us, but roomy enough for 2 more. Nice parking situation. If we ever get back to the area, we will definitely stay here again. Owner was very responsive and helpful. And the neighbors are super friendly and helpful.

Cozy Place & Beautiful Views

Loved staying at the Riverfront Studio for four days. Everything so beautifully setup inside the house. Front porch and backyard garden area were a super nice bonus. View were breath taking and serene. So nice to see the ferry come and go. Nice parking setup. Close to all the action in town. Will definitely come back to stay! Owner, Dan was the nicest. He took time to talk and gave his full support to film at this fantastic place.

Clean, Cozy & Comfortable

My wife and I were in Augusta for a long weekend for my son's wedding. To make a long story short, the location of this property was perfect with a beautiful view of the river and a cozy outdoor patio area. We even spent an extra day in town to relax and visit. River Front!!

What a fantastic town home!!! We loved it so much! Our only regret is not finding it sooner! We came in town for our daughter's wedding and stayed there for the weekend. I wish we had more time to just relax there because this rental is outstanding and very close to the Beehive Restaurant and everything else in town. We highly recommend it! The owner was super nice and super helpful on places to go and eat, etc. Rent it!! You won’t regret it!! ❤️

Better than expected.

Very clean and well decorated for the vintage of the house. The Ohio River was such an added amenity, with the ferry to watch. All the establishments we wanted to visit were in walking distance with very friendly personnel. The place has nice benches to sit outside with a convenient parking area in the back. We had the honor to meet the Mayor, who was a delight in itself.
