The Space:

Updated and contemporary, the condo has an open-concept living room, kitchen and dining area. Off the kitchen is the entrance to the fully fenced-in backyard retreat, which has a patio with table seating, an outdoor shower and a fire pit placed in a cozy corner with seating for four. This condo has two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, plus another bedroom with a twin trundle that sleeps two.

Nearby attractions include Dennisport village center a little over a mile away, where you’ll find many dining and shopping opportunities. Grab burgers at the Red Nun, pad thai from Thai Ocha, a slice of gluten-free pizza at Knockout Pizza or a plate of fried seafood at Original Seafood -- all located in the Dennisport Center. For date night, try a half dozen oysters on the half shell at The Oyster Company, which raises and harvests their own local oysters, or a romantic dinner by the sea at the highly acclaimed Ocean House restaurant, which offers sweeping views of Nantucket Sound.

Great rental!

Perfect for a small family! We have a 4 and 1.5 year old who each had their own rooms. Upon arrival the place was immaculate, sheets/towels were provided and Del Mar responded quickly with every request (just needed some trash removal). 20 min from mayflower beach which was great for the kids at low tide, however it was super crowded and the parking lot closed almost everyday by 9am. West Dennis beach was only a 10 min ride and you can pull your car right up to the beach and unpack which was amazing when traveling with small kids. Lots of hermit crabs and fun fish to explore there! Haigis beach was a no-go for us because it was only accessible via stairs and no bathrooms. Mini golf/go carts around every corner. Not too much shopping in Dennis, so we drove about 20 min to Main Street Hyannis to get all our vacation goodies. Definitely not in a location to walk anywhere so if that’s what your looking for I’d go elsewhere .. we’d take leisurely walks but overall drove most places. Great vacation and great house for kids! Helpful tip from Del Mar- -get a weekly beach pass sent to your home before arrival

Perfect Location!

Close to the beach and all of the best attractions Dennisport has to offer! Our family had a fantastic stay- the house was immaculate, remodeled and just what we needed for our family of 5. Awesome spot to go on a shopping trip to Chatham, a Whale Watch in Hyannis or even down the road to Woolfie's for muffins, Sundae School for the best ice cream or The Dog House for lunch- we had an amazing week. Thank you!!!

great vacation house

We enjoyed our stay at Dennis cape cod in this cute and very clean home. It was the cleanest place I've ever stayed at! I didn't have to reclean anything like I've had to do in other places. Also everything was in very good condition- kitchen appliances, dishes, pans, bathroom shower, updated fixtures, nothing really old. Could probably get better twin mattress in one room, but other than that it was an enjoyable stay. Nice neighborhood and good location.

Cape Cod Winner

This property was perfect for our stay on Cape Cod. It was charming and cozy with all the amenities we could ask for. The only downside was the only one small bathroom for 4 people but the outdoor shower helped make up for that.
