Wi-Fi, 2 bicycles, beach chairs, cooler, board games. Air conditioning. Dock that can accommodate your boat. Boat rental Marina is situated on the other side of the canal. Speed-dock.com. You might be lucky enough to see dolphins and manatees from the dock. Very high-end Technogel mattress in the master bedroom. Very quiet dead end street. Nearly all services! 8 minutes from Publix and WalMart. 15 minutes from the Rumrunners restaurant. 15 minutes from Sun Splash Family Waterpark. 30 Minutes from Fort Myers Airport and Fort Myers Beach. No hidden costs! No additional charge for additional people and electricity costs are included! The very friendly Juliet will make an appointment to see you during your check in, she will be able to answer your questions and will leave you her phone number to reach her if necessary.

We loved are stay, the owner was very understanding! Made sure every single issue we had was solved and taken care of! Sadly the pool wasn’t warm but it’s understandable because it was like 55 degrees outside, but some of my family managed to get in the freezing water lol! Beds are hugeeee! Very comfortable! Had everything we needed.

I’ll be coming back!

Lovely home. Loved that the house is right next to a biking path, I spent a few hours biking there, cute neibhoor hood. The owners were really nice and they quickly responded to my emails. I wish I would have booked more nights, I’ll for sure be coming back!

Disappointed

Sorry our experience at this house was disappointing. The owner was advised of our concerns and appreciated the feedback. The house is in need of a deep cleaning. Carpets were dirty and had many stains. Kitchen rug and bathroom rugs were filthy. The refrigerator had many leftover food items, both open and closed. Kitchen cabinets had many leftover food items, both open and closed. There were ants in the kitchen cabinets and countertops. Mold and mildew in both showers. The outdoor grill surface was clean, however, the grill interior was covered in grease. The fire pit had no propane tank. The bicycles tires were flat, plus the chains were very rusted. On a positive note, the pool was very nice.

Just ok

Just like the title states, this property was just OK. I will start with the positives of this property. The location of the property was good-close to enough to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, etc. We had received a message before we arrived that the hot tub quit working and a new one was ordered and would be set up while we were there. It was ready to use on day 4, but we weren’t upset because the pool was super warm. The beds were comfortable, towels were ample, could contact the property manager pretty easy and we felt safe where we were.Some of the negatives: the property could use a good deep clean. There were cobwebs in a lot of the corners of the house, carpets need a good shampooing, the air filter in the dining area needs to be replaced, and the blender in the bar had mold in the bottom of it, so we didn’t use it. We grabbed a few pans out of the cupboard the day we got there and there was water sitting in a couple of the pans. There were a lot of tiny bugs in the kitchen area, particularly on top of the oven and counters. We washed all the bedding in one of the rooms because the ppl using that room had bites all over their bodies by day 2. It’s advertised as having fishing poles, but they’re broken and don’t work, so we went and bought a new one to leave there and one that we could bring home. The grill works, but needs a good clean too. Patio furniture needs to be replaced and updated as well. Overall, we made the best of it.

A fantastic spring break!

Thank you for sharing your rental with us! Everything was amazing- the outdoor space with the pool was a favorite. We swam, played cards and enjoyed meals on the covered lanai! It was very private. The bed mattresses were also a hit! Everyone slept great. We fished nightly off the dock in the backyard. We caught and released a variety of fish including blue crab and a stingray.

This property was absolutely perfect. The house is very nice with modern upgrades. The pool area was so wonderful, equipped with plenty of chairs a firepit and a really nice grill. The location was great, very close to the beach, restaurants and many attractions. I would certainly book this property again!
