Featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious kitchen and large terrace with breath-taking views. Enjoy spectacular sunsets. Relax at the best pool on the island. Amazing beach and snorkeling reefs just a 3-5 minute walk away. Boating tours (fishing, snorkeling, scuba) and more at your doorstep. Do everything or do nothing. 2,000 sq/ft unit with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, large terrace, open floor plan, new washer/dryer, Free WiFi, King size bed with en-suite bathroom.

The Yacht Club features marina frontage, close beach access, 24 hour gym, and 24 hour security. Spectacular 5-star large pool with two contiguous shallow pools overlooking the beautiful marina.

The Yacht Club is located in Turtle Cove which is ideally situated to explore the island of Providenciales:

Spacious and serene

We came to Turks and Caicos for birthday getaway and Courtney’s condo was perfect. Courtney and his property manager Molly made the stay so smooth and easy - airport pick up, and great SUV to rent with the property. The apartment is modern, well appointed and spacious with a great kitchen and balcony. It is located in the quiet yacht marina and there are cafes and pubs within walking distance. There is a great snorkel beach 5 min walk away and for lounging and swimming we drove to Hemingways on Grace Bay where we could rent lounge chairs and umbrellas and grab a leisurely lunch. We’ll be back again

Great and quiet location

The property is part of a condo complex located by the Yacht Club. It is within walking distance to 3 good restaurants and bars. The view overlooks the pool. All outside areas are very well kept. Inside the condo is roomy and comfortable. Also it is about a 10 minute drive to Grace Beach. The owner was very responsive, courteous and helpful during our stay. We took advantage of renting the owner’s car which is a good idea in getting around the island. Most helpful was Maudrey who drove us back and forth for dinners as we did not want to drive after cocktails etc. Maudrey was an absolute delight. Overall we were very happy with the property.

Relaxing stay in a nice area!

We had a great time staying here! Molly the property manager made us feel very welcome and was very helpful shuttling our two young children to the property. The place was very spacious, clean, and relaxing. The pool was very nice and great for kids. Amenities were great including wifi, tv, kitchen, etc. The beach was walking distance, and great for snorkeling but a bit windy and rocky for little kids. We rented the car as well which was great. There are a couple of fun little cafes and pubs that are walking distance, and the grocery store and Grace Bay were an easy drive about 5-10 minutes. Only things that could have made the stay better would be: umbrella for the beach, some sand toys for kids (we bought some and left them behind in case other families stay in the future!) Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful place, great time!

Very clean and spacious condo with a beautiful view overlooking the pool and marina. We especially appreciated Courtney offering her SUV for daily rental. Her property manager, Molly, picked us up and dropped us off at the airport and was readily accessible to us at all times (although we didn’t need anything!). We would definitely go back!

Great location, relaxing amenities, and a spacious modern interior

My partner and I stayed at this beautiful property located at the Yacht Club. We were walking distance from amazing restaurants; Mango Reef and Magnolia were our favourite. The pool was surprisingly not busy at all when we stayed. The pool(s) were pristine and beautiful, an excellent place to take pics. There was a hidden beach close by within walking distance just off of Coconut Road. This beach was often empty which was very relaxing. The coffee shop was just a 2 minute walk away, which we frequented before we would venture off for the day. The appliances within the condo were brand new, and the AC system was easy to use. The internet was very fast and reliable. There was plenty of parking available (we rented a car), and we were a 10 minute drive away from Grace Bay. At night our neighbourhood was nice and quiet, it was a gorgeous tranquil setting for my partner and I. The balcony was large and spacious. I will stay here again next time we are in Providenciales. This was a rare find!
