Michael was very responsive. It was easy for us to visit family nearby and take the bus in various directions. The flat is very near a park and reserve which provides a wonderful place to walk and for listening to birds. The living room couch and main bed were very comfortable.

Der Gastgeber hat sich immer sofort gemeldet. Top ausgestattet. Leider im Schlafzimmer nur Van und keine Klimaanlage.

The worst experience of our lives. Look for a better place than this!

Foul and very filthy. Unhygienic living conditions. Blood and what appeared to be other bodily fluids on bedding and curtains.

The guests tried to stay about 5 adults which was much more than 2 adults they booked with us(we provided many photos evidence to and accepted by VRBO). We provide three beds and enough beds items like pillows, bed.... for their stay. They moved our one bed two singles mattress and use separately to created an extra bed. They took items from our storage without permission and those items actually not prepared for guests. They can’t stay comfortable 5adults in our apartment for rest of 3 nights , they made stories just want to got free stay and full refund. The guests kept threatening us for refund. They occupied our apartment for 4 days online and stop us to resell( on websites, four days be blocked by this guests even they left). The funny thing is we received 5 stars review from other guests just before this guests . What they claimed is not the real reasons for this guests action!

Convenient and great location

Good location, clean and clear timely communications. Recommended for a couple who need to be on the north shore of Sydney. The only negative was that the fan in the bedroom was totally inadequate.
