Bay Princess 119 is ideally located bayfront in midtown Ocean City, Maryland at 81st street, but still only a block away from the beach (right at a crosswalk). This lovely two bedroom, two bath condo is the perfect retreat with soothing beachy neutrals throughout and an open floor plan. A comfortable living room and separate dining area are adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen (drip/K-cup coffeemaker) with all you should need to whip up family meals or easily serve take-out on the breakfast bar. Step out onto the west facing balcony overlooking the pool to enjoy your bayfront view, especially in the evenings when all of the sunset colors are painted in the western sky. The Bay Princess amenities include elevators for ease of access, bayfront outdoor pool with deck for sunbathing, outdoor shower to rinse off after a fun day at the beach, and two parking spots. Sleeping up to seven guests, bed sizes include a queen in the primary, one full and one single in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. Full sized washer and dryer are in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets including pillowcases for each bed, and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.

Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
