Ten Mile Haus #B1 is a real ski condo with all the right touches. This pet friendly slopeside residence with fantastic forest views! This condo has had one owner since 1972 and more information about Copper Mountain and its growth though time than any museum could. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the most secluded decks at Copper. Located on the Condo Access Ski Run, this Mountain-facing, 1 Bedroom 1 Bath condominium offers Accommodation for 4 people. The Bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and flat screen tv. A Queen Size Sofa Sleeper, a Gas Fireplace and a Dining Area fill out the open floor plan in this 610 sq. ft. condominium. A Full Size Kitchen and a Full Size Bath complete this comfortable unit. Indoor Parking, and Free WiFi are amenities available with the building. A short 3 min. walk gets you to the lifts, shops and restaurants of Center Village. Alternatively, you can put your skis on at the front door and with a little push, slide over to Green Acres beginner area, after taking the lift up you can ski across to the Super Bee Lift. Ten Mile Haus B1 is perfect for the cost conscious small family, or anyone looking for a cozy unit right on the slopes of Copper Mountain! | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #STR21-02181 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Any additional vehicles have to park at the North Alpine Lot. Please note that Copper is now charging $20 per night for overflow parking. Pet fee is $35/night/per pet.

This condo was perfect for us. An oasis. Very private, very quiet, beautiful, comfortable, and perfect location. I loved the deck to practice yoga in the snow.

This was an absolute awesome place to stay. This specific unit is on the bottom floor and if you have a dog going to the bathroom, couldn’t be any easier right outside your door. We built a large snowman right out front and the garage was absolutely awesome because our vehicle stayed snow free and anytime that we needed to get out, It was super easy. The part that I like the most was the fireplace that turned on by just a switch. When we do come back, we are going to definitely use this specific place because this by far was awesome. I did not have a single problem and everything worked perfectly.

The condo is spotless, like everything in it is so clean - it's cleaner than my house! The deck is huge and I love that that they have a bucket of bird seed and a feeder so the dogs had something to watch while we were skiing and we enjoyed the Stellar Jay's when we were there. There was a big container of high value treats waiting on the hearth which my boys immediately found :) You are right on the condo ski path and it's an easy walk to Center Village. Just a heads up, not much space to hang clothes - plenty of hanging space at the door for ski coats and such though. Will definitely try to stay here again!! A wonderful place to stay 3

We come to Copper every year for fall break to enjoy the quietness before ski season takes off. The location of this property was perfect - felt secluded but was close to the village. We loved that right out the front door was access to the Colorado trail! We will definitely be back!

Rental was true to description. Absolutely loved the bird feeder with the supply of seeds on hand. Chickadees, red breasted nuthatches and blue stellar jays kept us company on a quiet weekend away. Comfortable, clean and very close to everything you need.

We had a wonderful, quiet week at Copper! Condo had all the things we needed, was clean and very comfortable. View was perfect. Super dog friendly though we didn't take our dog. Hot tub, village, and trail access were great. And the birds! We kept the hummingbird feeder and bird feeder loaded and the birds were nonstop! 12 hummingbirds! What a little gem of a place. I certainly hope we can return!

Like walking into your childhood home!

This place was great for ski in and out! Big deck for easy access! It’s not updated but felt very comfortable and had all the basics you need. We enjoyed the history the place exuded. The master bedroom was comfy- although some reviews said the pull out was not comfortable, we thought it was fine. So grateful for the pet friendliness!

This condo makes you feel that you stepped into the 1980’s. It is dark and a very dated. From the curtains, sofa, lightening and oak fixtures- it just needs a major overhaul. The mattress are like stone, so if you have back issues, bring a foam mattress or extra padding. There is no real storage in the condo and it is not updated at all, so be prepared to live out of your suitcase while you are staying here. The location is great and is right around the corner from central village with close proximity to dining and the slopes. With all the choices at Copper, for the money, I would not stay at this condo again.

Ski getaway

The condo was just what I wanted. The shower could be updated. I couldn’t get any sports tv channels on the tv which is my biggest complaint. Location was great and I loved the indoor parking. I would recommend it though.

Great spring break

We came for spring break so our adult son could learn how to snowboard (he is a lifetime skier). The location of the condo was amazing as our son could walk outside to the small lift to practice what he learned in lessons. We also walked over to Center Village to get on the lifts, eat great food, and Apre Ski with other visitors from all over the US. The condo came with everything we needed for the three of us over three nights. It was perfect.

48 steps to putting skis on. Superb location. Condo needs upgrades on furniture and cookware but overall would definitely stay again. Thankyou!

Family Ski Trip!!

This was a perfect place for our short ski trip! Easily accessible to lifts. And for a descent skier, it is easy to ski in to the condo. This was our first trip to Copper Mountain and we enjoyed the area and the ease we found walking around the village.

Great Weekend Getaway Spot

This condo was perfect for a last minute weekend getaway to see the changing leaves. The place was right next to trails and close to everything in the village. We brought our dog and we could let her right outside the front door into a nice big grassy area. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. This condo is comfortable, cute, and convenient. It’s in a great location, had everything we needed, and is dog friendly! I loved hanging out on the deck outside, and being so close to the village, yet having the feeling of privacy.

Beautiful Cooper Mountain

Loved the convenience to restaurants and activities. Especially great for my dog to access a grassy area without having to go far…just right outside the door! I only wish I’d known that the access from garage was a little tough with luggage. I made an assumption there would be a lift.
