This large one bedroom 700 sq/ft condo in the Center Village is within easy walking distance to the American Eagle & Flyer lifts. This condo has a King bed in the large bedroom. The bathroom has a combination shower/bath and plenty of room. The dining room table seats 4 with room for appetizers. The balcony is great for evening relaxing while taking in great views of the sunset over vail pass, you can also see Copper Mountain and the American Flyer lift. Free wifi and covered garage parking also included. There are Community laundry facilities and great building amenities including 3 separate outdoor hot tubs, steam room and workout area! STR22-R-00496. One parking space per condo available on-site. Any additional vehicles have to park at the North Alpine Lot. Please note that Copper is now charging $20 per night for overflow parking.

Perfect location for easy access to everything on the slopes. It was quiet and clean, and had a beautiful view from the patio. We will definitely be back to Copper Mountain next year!

Great location central to lifts and food options

Can’t beat this location with lifts and restaurant options within walking distance. Copper loop bus drops off right in the front of the building. Loved the deck where we could see lifts going up in the morning. Thermostat ran hot even when we had it turned down to 40?

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was great!Only feedback for improvement to provide: on the weekend when it was busier, the parking spots in the garage were filled even though we were allotted one spot. Also, the elevators at Passage Point are slow, which was felt during high peak times on the weekend.

Perfect Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 4th year coming to Copper in late November. We have stayed in Passage Point all 4 trips. This 1BR unit was plenty spacious and well appointed for all we needed for a week. We travel with several families, all of who agreed that our place had more essentials than their places. The 3 outdoor hot tubs is definitely a huge plus. Check In/Out was simple and quick. Communication leading up to the trip was well done. Would stay here again!

Family Ski Trip - January 2024

This unit was perfect for our son and his friends. We had a larger unit in the building as well that we used for group meals and social time. The unit was big enough for 3 boys to spread out and no one had to share a bed. (Both sofas in the living room were hideabeds). My only comment is that there was no hot water in the building on the first full day - timing and resolution were not well communicated to the guests.

We visited Copper in February, but still enjoyed the balcony. the location is very walkable to the Flyer lift. I would highly recommend this unit!

Nice Location

Passage Point: Pros: Parking Garage is convenient. Hot tubs. One of the few condos that offered it. You need to time it right, otherwise it's very crowded. They do not supply towels so bring your own. Location. Short walk to slopes. Cons: Massive con is that each wing only has one 4-5 person elevator are they are slow. I believe each floor had 27 rooms and there were 6-7 floors. Each room had a minimum of four people staying. Everyone leaves when the ski liftopens and cones back after the lifts close at 4:00pm. Oh and Everyone checks in at 400pm, so the elevators get clogged with carts full of luggage. Do the math. There is no way that I would stay beyond the third floor. Used the toilet on the first day and it would not flush. Had to call maintenance. Attempted to use the dishwasher and it would not turn on. Call management company. They sent maintenance guy. Maintenance guy said he could not fix it. Sent appliance repair guy. He shown up late and worked hours on it but could not fixed. It really sucks spending your vacation with repairmen in a small space. Sucks washing dishes on your vacation. The thermostat does not regulate the temperature of the rooms, dial was set below 60 the whole time but it felt like 80. Maintenance guy said that adjacent units influences the temperature of the rooms. He suggested cracking the windows. Every now and then, we would crack a window and then close it, when it got to cold. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Management company was responsive on vrbo. Maintenance guy was friendly. Copper mountain was fun.
