The place is nice. Location is perfect. Great views. The unit is the closest one to beach. Fishing at the point of rocks is hard to beat for a wade fisherman.

Wonderful stay and amazing location. The view of the sunset each night was spectacular. The proximity of the beach unbeatable. The house was spacious and well equipped for everything that we needed. The kitchen had every accessory necessary. We were so excited to book again for the next year, which we did. We look forward to coming back!

This unit was beautiful. Awesome views all around and clean. Location was perfect. The property manager was extremely helpful on Charlie in resolving any issues. Only criticism would be the icemaker in the fridge and the control of the hot water in the master bedroom… neither were worth reporting though. Unit Exceeded our expectations. Would definitely return..

Winter Get-a-way

We really enjoyed our stay at Siesta Key. The condo was right on the beach with beautiful views. It was great to be able to walk to many restaurants and shops in the South Village. The free Breeze bus service made it very convenient to get to Siesta Key Village for dinner ,etc. We were extremely excited to have lounge chairs set up on the beach everyday for the residents of Siesta Breakers...this was a great perk and made transitioning to the beach super easy. We do hope to come back next year and enjoy more of the Florida sunshine.

We had a great week! The condo was just as described! You can’t find a better view of the ocean! We had 8 ladies in our group and we never felt cramped. Communication with the host was awesome! We will definitely try to get this same unit when we come back! Loved it!

CONDOMINIUMThe master bathroom (upstairs) is beautifully done with pink marble and gold and white fixtures and a large double vanity. We loved the windows as they provided plenty of natural light. The beach/ocean can be seen from every room in the house.The balcony faces Northwest and reveals a 180 view of the beach/ocean. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us on the balcony to have morning coffee and view the beautiful sunsets in the evenings.The kitchen is stocked with anything one would need for a short stay. We love the convenience of having a dishwasher, washer and dryer.The foyer closets are full of beach and water items for all ages: beach towels, beach chairs, fishing poles, life vests, kick boards, buckets and shovels, beach umbrella, etc.BEACH / POOLThe grounds are very well kept. We had no problems getting chairs or finding a place to set up our beach tent. The beach is super clean, and the water is clear and free of seaweed. The beach workers are willing to help get or reserve chairs if requested.The pool was mostly quiet and was a nice break from the sandy beach. Many families with young ones, but we always found a space to hang out in the water.OVERALL PROSWe felt very safe. Each unit has its own covered parking labeled with the unit number. Luggage carts were always available.The security staff (always visible) was helpful and courteous.OVERALL CONSThe downstairs tub drained extremely slow.The jetted tub, in the master bathroom, was not working.

Excellent Property
