The Location - This newly refurbished holiday apartment is only a 5 minute walk into Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach with beautiful Little Cove Beach just across the road.

Filtered views of Laguna Bay can be enjoyed from the terrace. This unit is fully self-contained with laundry facilities and parking for one car. A short stroll to Noosa National Park to enjoy the wildlife and nature that surrounds the complex. What a way to wake up!

The Unit- This apartment located in a quiet complex offers 1 Bedroom with a queen bed and 1 bathroom that accommodates 2 persons. The bedroom is air-conditioned and has a ceiling fan. There is also a ceiling fan in the living area.

The unit is in good position at the top floor that offers a sunny terrace. Enjoy tranquillity in a quiet complex.

Features a self-contained kitchen which includes microwave, dishwasher, fridge, oven and cooktop. Also has a washing machine without dryer.

Entertainment consists of TV & DVD player. Plus a complimentary free Wi-Fi. Please note there is no BBQ at the property.

Note:
1 The garage with this unit will not accommodate a large 4WD vehicle (too low)
2. Steep driveway and No 4WD vehicles permitted due to height restriction
3. The driveway is steep into these units, not uncommon in Little Cove. There is a set of stairs up to the apartment, there is no lift.

Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk and detergents etc. (to get you through your first night) . Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 3.00pm.
