The 2nd Bedroom is comprised of a captain's bunk bed plus a twin bed, large windows and a perfect sunset deck overlook vail pass. In the Living Room, Amenities include a Queen Sofa Sleeper, bringing the total Accommodations to 8 people, Free WiFi, a cozy Gas Fireplace, a Dining area, TV/DVD and an Outdoor Balcony. The Full Size Kitchen with granite countertops is integrated into the Open Floor Plan. Heated Underground parking complete the grand Amenities offered for guests of this building. Enjoy walking just a short 2-3 minute walk across the Covered Bridge to the slopes of Copper Mountain and to the numerous shops and restaurants in the Center Village. | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #STR22-R-00093| One parking space per condo available on-site. Any additional vehicles have to park at the North Alpine Lot. Please note that Copper is now charging $20 per night for overflow parking.

Location is very good in the center of the village- the beds were comfortable, the gas fireplace is nice, the hot tubs were great- when not crowded- but the lighting throughout the condo is poor, the rug in the living room is dirty and the one in the kitchen is filthy- both should be replaced asap. The cookware was good, but the flatware needs attention- only about 4 teaspoons. Extra towels to be used at the hot tub would be a great addition.

We had a great time here. The location is fantastic, nice view from windows and deck, 3 minute walk to slopes. You are right in the copper mountain center village. Ski lockers are provided, underground parking. Two bedrooms and beds in them were great. The sofa bed in the living is not really useable, though we slept on it. The mattress needs to be replaced as well as the bed itself. The refridgerator also makes a ton of noise. Both of the these things make sleeping in the living room pretty much unacceptable for how much you are paying for the property. We has assumed that both of the issues would have been resolved based on reviews from a while back.

Refrigerator is noisy and Just need a few more spoons, wine glasses otherwise everything was perfect.

Location! location! Location!

This property is great! Five guys on an annual ski trip, with a great location in the center village. 100-yards /- to the lifts, with multiple dining options right out the front door. Great hot tub and EZ parking. Only a few issues noted that management was advised of and I suspect will be quickly resolved: the pull out bed in the living room was broken and dropped on the head end; the bunk bed safety bar was loose; the table chairs were all loose and wobbly; the master bath toilet knob falls off; and the the guest bedroom window has to be closed from the patio if opened all the way due a broken actuator. But overall super duper!The staff at Copper Vacations were great to work with and super friendly! Looking forward to our next visit.We'll be back!

Great location

Overall great stay here and we would stay again. PLENTY of HOT water for our family of 6 with hot tub baths & showers never ran out of hot water. There is a keurig here, kitchen well stocked. Very conveniently located to the main ski lifts and shops, coffee shops, restraunts. There is a ice skating rink as well.GREAT PLACE!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location to the mountain and all that the resort has to offer is perfect. Condo is plenty spacious for a family. Ran into an issue with the fireplace but the service team was out there to fix quickly. However it quickly stopped working again, connector issue. Only negative I have to say is there is pretty much no dresser space for your clothing. Hangers in the closet and a few drawers in the vanity but that is it.

Good and bad

We are very familiar with Copper Mountain and Passage Point in particular. We enjoyed the location. Pros: We utilized the laundry (credit card operated). We also used the fitness room and hot tubs. (These are fantastic, btw.) Beds were ok and space was sufficient. The check-in was super easy. We utilized one parking space in the basement parking garage and one in the overflow lot at Alpine Valley ($20/night). All good there. The beds slept well. Cons: The fireplace never worked :(. There was only one couch and one chair for seating in family room. We lost electricity one morning but the management addressed it promptly. The largest frustration was the hot/cold water. In the kitchen, we needed to run it for a bit to get cold or hot water, the shower in the guest bathroom worked ok, but not much pressure. The master bedroom sinks were low pressure. The master bath tub when half full was lukewarm when filling 100% with hot. However, you could get out of cold tub and jump in a very nice shower with great pressure. So if you want a warm soak, head to the hot tubs. All-in-all, a bit disappointed as the stay was double normal prices likely due to the holiday weekend; sometimes you just take a hit to make a family weekend work.

Family Ski Trip - January 2024

We had two units in Passage Point for this weekend - this being the larger of the two. It provided lots of room to spread out and we were able to host multiple group meals/ happy hours without feeling crunched. The second bedroom was a bunkroom which was perfect for the group we travelled with. My only comment is that there was no hot water in the building on the first full day - timing and resolution were not well communicated to the guests.

Having garage parking was very convenient It was great to have 2 full size bathtubs after a day of skiing. There were a few annoyances however.... several of the lamps had burned out bulbs and the remotes all needed batteries. We had to have a tech guy come to the unit to fix the tvs. The beds were horrible and we were only provided 1 small bath towel per person for our 4 day stay. For the price, I was not expecting 5 star luxury but, more towels would have been appreciated

The good and the bad.

During our stay.. the water from every faucet was scorched earth hot. The temperature would never stabilize and during your shower it would pour lava over you. And my family loves a hot shower. The lighting is very poor and the fireplace was hot or miss .. but more miss. The layout of the condo was perfect for our family. Seating is limited. The kitchen has a Keurig and drip coffee maker. We didn’t need for housekeeping during our stay as we had a lot of towels and the such. Communication with the property manager was A+. Very responsive. Check in was the easiest in all the years we’ve been coming to Copper. Please fix the water situation and we will definitely be back.

Many of the dining chairs were loose and wobbly. The TV was fairly small and difficult to view from the couch. There wasn't much drawer space for clothes. And the kitchen was sparsely stocked (ie there was 1 wine glass). We weren't there to hang out in the condo, but it could have been more comfortable.
