Four Bedroom, Three Bathroom House. Sleeps 9 ( Bedroom One : 1 x Queen Bed; Bedroom Two: 1 x Tri Bunk which is 1x Double and 1x Single Bed; Bedroom Three: 2 x Single Beds; Bedroom Four: 1 x Queen Bed )



The Space:

Grab your beach towel, a good book, and sunscreen, and take a short stroll to Mollymook Surf Beach. Return in the afternoon rinse off in the outdoor shower and entertain on the huge deck and enjoy the distant ocean views. This well appointed four bedroom home with linen will delight with the sunny open living areas, modern appliances and stylish furnishings. You wont be disappointed with room for the whole family to enjoy a great holiday with additional rumpus/tv area downstairs, Upstairs main bedroom with ensuite, full bathroom upstairs and bathroom downstairs, Laundry downstairs - Washing Machine Only.

Lovely home, good location, lots of space for the kids. My only little complaint is just don’t expect any essentials, things like glad wrap, toilet paper (only 1 roll in each toilet) dishwasher tabs, dish cloths, etc but over all had a lovely stay at this property

Firstly, couldn’t believe the great price for this house for 2 weeks compared to the rest on Stayz for this area. The house was amazing, well set out with everything a family needs. Furniture & beds were so comfortable & the feel of house was “so very homely”. Just needs stainless steel equipment for BBQ use & a good family size clothes horse would be great. A split heat/air conditioner unit would complete this great family home. Can’t speak highly enough of the property

Perfect for families or couples or singles!

We stayed at this house for our annual visit to Mollymook to compete in the Makai Cup. The house had everything we needed and was the perfect size. The main bedroom with ensuite was great for a couple and the rest of the house worked well for the remaining single travellers. The house is spacious and well stocked. We particularly enjoyed the interaction with the native birds every afternoon. The beach and Bannisters all in walking distance. We will definitely return

A great family holiday home

Our family of 5 adults stayed at this spacious house during the Christmas week and had a great time. The beds were comfortable and the modern bathrooms were nicely decorated. It was clean and well-equipped with plenty of kitchenware as well as books, games and DVDs. We made good use of the barbecue on the large back deck and enjoyed sitting at the shaded table. The location of the house made for an easy walk to the beach, the local shops and the Bowling and Golf Clubs (all within 10 to 20 minutes). As mentioned in a previous review, we also had trouble opening the rear concertina door but found that a good sea breeze came in with just the end panel open. We felt fortunate to stay in such a lovely property at a much cheaper rate than many others in the area. We would happily stay in there again.

Great house

A great house in a great location. Only a few minutes walk to the beach. Bathrooms are excellent with the ensuite in main bathroom a great size. The kitchen was very well equipped. The outdoor/ deck area was great but the sliding doors were hard to open and close. The only issue we had was that it states that there are 2 queen beds and there is only one. If you are bringing your own linen this could be annoying.

Beautiful Family Accomadition

There were a few concerns with the property but the staff of Ray White were 1st class and did everything in their power to rectify the problems. Very attentive to us and I would have no hesitation in dealing with them again.

What a gem of a property! This holiday house fitted all of our requirements, fantastic renovated property with a "homey" feel. We arrived with fresh flowers displayed on dining table (a gorgeous touch) All bathrooms have been renovated well and showers are amazing...The back patio area is a great space to relax and enjoy, we had kookaburras visit every afternoon out there. The house is well laid out and comfortable for large groups having a loungeroom area downstairs meant you never felt like you were crowded. The location is great only 10 minutes walk to Mollymook beach. Perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

fantastic everthing you need.

Fantastic modern house, great location. Very comfortable, clean and close to beach and walk to golf club. Lovely outdoor area,3 bathrooms are a bonus also. Thanks for sharing your lovely house with us!!

Good size but dirty

1. The dishwasher was broken and could only wash half a load; 2. The fridge and over were dirty; 3. The rubbish bin was already full; 4. The place needed a vacuum; 5. The dining room chairs were scratched, stained and marked and looked terrible; 6. Dishes and glasses in the cupboards were dirty and not properly washed; 7. There were dirty tissues under the bed upon arrival; 8. If you are with Optus don't expect reception; 9. There is no aircon or dryer. On a hot day there is only fans and if it rains you can only hang your clothes up inside and wait for them to dry (we had 5 days of rain); 10. There was a games room advertised but I suspect this is the ping pong table; 11. There is all the things needed for a TV in the main bedroom but there isn't one. The place is a good size and only a couple of minutes drive to the beach. I spoke to the real estate on departure and was told they would have sent a cleaner over if there were any issues but forget to tell me that on checkin.
