This home was absolutely perfect for our visit to the Flagstaff area. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to cook meals during our stay, which made it feel just like home. The house itself was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with plenty of essentials. The backyard was a highlight — peaceful, nicely maintained, and complete with a generously sized hot tub that was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The owners were super easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even smoother. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely book again for our next trip to Flagstaff

We were in Flagstaff for my niece’s wedding and we rented this wonderful property as our home base. We could get everywhere we needed to be within 15 minutes or less. The house is well appointed, super clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The check out process was one of the easiest ever. When we come back to visit my niece and her new husband we will stay here again. I told my sister about it as well for when they come into town.

Our group loved this stay. Great atmosphere/interior decoration, amenities and special touches like coffee and bathroom items. The beds were comfortable, the hot tub works great and we appreciated the AC with how hot summers are getting. We would stay again!

This is an excellent property! Our family enjoyed a nice weekend together in the beautiful pines! The neighborhood was beautiful, great for morning or evening walks, and felt very safe.The house was very clean, well decorated, and comfortable. It has a well equipped kitchen, plenty of spaces to gather inside and out, as well as a jacuzzi to enjoy at the end of a long day. I would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay there again!

This is a beautiful home, with everything we needed for a relaxing trip. We had six people staying comfortably. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed. We played hours of games on the big table in the main room and enjoyed a clean hot tub in the evenings. The neighborhood felt like it had been built in a forest of beautiful ponderosa pines. Only thing we wished we had was a small electric leaf blower to blow off the pollen from the patio and hot tub cover, but was easy to sweep with a broom. 10/10! Highly recommend.

Grand Canyon Adventure

The entire family enjoyed our stay in Flagstaff. We had a full agenda for the week and the house was the perfect location. The family enjoyed making s’mores and sitting in the hot tub at night under the stars after a full day of adventures.

Refreshing stay in the pines!

My family and I stayed at the property 3/18-21. We really enjoyied the location of the house and its easy acess to shopping, food, the neighborhood is nice to walk in too. The huge main room and split floor plan is great to relax in and spacious! Great communication from the host too. Highly recommended!

Stylish Flagstaff retreat

Booked the house for an impromptu ski trip to Flagstaff with family. Beautiful renovations to the property; the kitchen and living areas were so cute and comfortable. There was a closet full of board games for the family to jump into which made it so welcoming. In the evening the hot tub was so nice to relax in while the kids made s’mores on the fire pit. We’ll definitely be back for ski trips in the future.

Very welcoming!!!

We were 2 families, each with 2 children, and had an amazing time at this property. It didn’t feel like a rental! We felt welcome to use anything which is often not the case. Plenty of blankets and things to make us feel right at home! The kids loved the hot tub and the owner was very friendly and responsive.

Perfect Retreat After a Grand Canyon Adventure!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently stayed at this wonderful Vrbo property after an amazing hiking trip in the Grand Canyon, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the property was. It felt like stepping into a home away from home. The attention to detail was evident, from the sparkling clean bathrooms to the fresh linens and towels provided. The amenities were perfect for our needs. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals after long days of hiking, and we loved having the option to relax in the cozy living area. The comfortable beds ensured we had restful nights, which we desperately needed after our adventures! The property’s location was ideal—close enough to the Grand Canyon for easy access but also nestled in a peaceful area, allowing us to unwind. We truly appreciated the extra touches, like the outdoor seating area where we could enjoy our morning coffee. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a clean, well-maintained place with all the amenities you need after exploring the Grand Canyon, look no further! We can't wait to return!

Beautiful home close to everything in a great neighborhood

We love the neighborhood and this is by far the nicest and most beautiful home we’ve rented! We will be back! Check in was easy, great communation and accommodated early check in. Can’t say enough great things!

With the chaos of moving 2 kids into NAU, this property was the best place to come home to. Beautifully done, 5-star amenities, sooo comfortable and overall perfect. The hot tub was an added bonus for sore muscles we thoroughly enjoyed! 5- star recommended. We will be back!

It is a lovely house, with plenty of amenities! Lots of places to sit and read or converse, indoors and out. The property owner, Kerry, is wonderful and very responsive to any questions you may have, either before you book, or when you are there. She is fabulous!! Excellent Stay!

Wonderful house for a family stay! Check-in was very easy and communication with owner was seamless. House was well stocked and we appreciated having coffee and condiments available. Furnishings were beautiful and the beds and linens were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the neighborhood and walked every morning. Shopping was close by and the downtown area is a quick drive. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again!

Beautifully Remodeled Home

We rented this home in early April to be our home base for seeing both Sedona and the Grand Canyon. It was a once in a lifetime trip as my husband and I brought both our parents with us (6 people total). Kerry, was great to work with and warned us as we were flying in that it had started snowing in Flagstaff. The home was clean and had everything 6 people needed for the few days we were there. Check in and check out process were both great. They even provided a tray of goodies for us on our arrival. My only regret is not staying in Flagstaff longer but with this trip we were also traveling to Utah to see Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. If I were ever staying in Flagstaff again I would try to stay in this home!

Perfect home in a perfect spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood was charming with friendly people walking their dogs and children playing outdoors. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we could ever want. The location couldn’t be beat - easy access to the town of Flagstaff and highways to get us to surrounding areas with ease. Ten out of ten, two thumbs up, allllll the gold stars!
