This gorgeous 3-bedroom condo, located in the highly sought-after Aventurra building, offers stunning bay views and beautiful sunsets from the rooftop pool. Just a short walk to the beach and close to Ocean City’s finest dining and nightlife, plus all the little extras this owner has provided, this condo will quickly become your family’s favorite getaway. Featuring high-end, comfortable furniture with an island-inspired design, the condo includes 3 TVs, 2 DVD players, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen (including a Keurig) to accommodate up to 8 guests. The spacious balcony is perfect for people-watching or enjoying a sunset with your favorite beverage. This non-smoking property has a maximum occupancy of 8 and does not allow pets. Please note: sheets, towels, paper, and cleaning products are not supplied, but a linen package including sheets and towels is available for an extra charge.

Spacious and easy walk to the Beach!!

When we first arrived the door code was incorrect and we couldn't get in and called immediately and were able to work with someone to get us the correct code. As we were unpacking and getting situated we noticed the place wasn't cleaned after the last renters, toilets were dirty, sinks and mirrors and floors were not swept. We immediately called and cleaning people were sent right away and cleaned the place and it looked and smelled fresh and clean! Despite those 2 inconveniences, we had a great stay and felt very comfortable. The location is great with restaurants and shops near by and easy walk to the beach. The living room is spacious and the balconies are a great place to enjoy the scenery of the bay over coffee or breakfast or just after a long day at the beach! The bedrooms are spacious and the beds were comfortable. We rented the linen package, and be aware soaps, cleaning and paper products aren't provided. The roof top pool is an added feature and a great place to cool off or just to see the scenery of the ocean while the kids swim in the evening! The only complaint which we got used to was the noise on Coastal Highway and the action around the area that could be seen and heard sometimes until 2am or later. Overall we would highly recommend the place and will come back in the future as we enjoyed our stay and the location and accommodations were just what we needed!

Beautiful location and property

We were very pleased with our stay. Location is awesome. We walked to Dumsers for ice cream and to Alley Oops for dinner! Not to mention just like a block or so from the beach! Condo was great for what we needed. Nice amenities. Only issue was we had sand in one of the bunk beds and the linen package sheets did not fit beds well.
