Great location and layout for a family

We were comfortable and the owner was very responsive when a small issue arose, which was fixed quickly. Definietly would stay here again as it is close to family and in a nice neighborhood.

Amazing house

My friends and I booked this amazing house. The house is very spacious, great location, very clean. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Close to food and stores. Our host, Mark was phenomenal from start to after. Mark made sure to communicate, to make sure our stay was relaxing and comfortable. Will definitely book again.

Misleading and Disappointing

We ultimately left early due to the home’s condition and were thankfully refunded for the unused night. This was a deeply disappointing experience. I would not recommend this property to families — or to anyone expecting a clean, safe, and accurately represented space. The listing was completely misleading: the home appeared updated and spotless online, but in reality, it was dirty and uncomfortable. The owner dismissed our concerns, claiming the home was fine after we left. But of course they didn’t see the bugs — I never claimed it was “infested,” but we found small roaches on my son’s toothbrush and near our food on the kitchen counter. I wasn’t going to wait around to snap a photo. They did offer to send someone to clean and spray while we were there, but I wasn’t about to spend my trip babysitting my phone, waiting for them to fix what should have been right from the start. As for the floors, they may have looked clean at a glance, but a simple swipe with a wet paper towel would have revealed how filthy they actually were.
Garbage left under twin trundles
Overgrown grass
Rusty nail in back porch that could have hurt our children, I moved out of the way
Cigarette butts littered the front yard - just a few captured

Perfect accommodations

Located in a very quiet neighborhood, this house was absolutely perfect for our group. Don't be fooled by the 'old Florida' exterior. The inside of this house is completely renovated and in perfect, spotlessly clean condition. The great room is spacious and comfortable, the modern kitchen has everything you need, the brand new bathrooms are excellent, and the bedrooms are large, clean, comfortable, and very quiet at night. Numerous restaurants and grocery stores are within a few minutes of driving. The communication from host was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.
