Fitted out with every amenity you need for a relaxing holiday, this wonderful property has a host of amazing features including a backyard ideal for kids to play in, an outdoor eating area perfect to host family BBQ dinners, is only a short walk to the Paynesville Esplanade and lakeside walks, has two driveways and plenty of space to park a boat.

Set in a quiet part of Paynesville, you can enjoy a walk to the town centre where there is an abundance of takeaways, restaurants and cafes or stroll along some of the peaceful lakeside walks. For those wanting to meet the locals head over to Raymond Island on the ferry and spot the koala's living amongst the village treetops.

With three bedrooms able to sleep up to 10 guests, Paradise on Sheerwater is great for the whole family, couples or friends. Sit back, relax, and enjoy holidaying in one of East Gippslands' peaceful getaways.

Very relaxing, comfortable, close to amenities, spacious, clean.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay as it had everything we wanted very relaxing and comfortable, close to all amenities, we had a great time would recommend it to others and would like to come again for a longer stay the staff very friendly and helpful.

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was clean and tidy and is in a good location. The house and backyard need a money spending on it. The biggest problem was we a discovered the sewerage line was blocked and the effluent had backed up and was overflowing into the backyard up against the house. There was a small gas leak in the kitchen from the stove.i spoke to the rental agency about moving into another property and they didn't have anything that suited. We ended up getting a room at the motel in town. Overall we were very disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was in its original 1970's condition. Yes the TV was modern, but there was only one - for up to 10 people? Paynesville and not on the water, could have been in the suburbs.
