Founders Pointe – Slopeside Condo at Winter Park Resort with Direct Amenity Deck Access
Welcome to Founders Pointe, a true ski-in/ski-out style condominium located directly across from the base of Winter Park Resort. With the 10-person gondola just 200 yards from the lobby, you can easily walk to the lifts, return to the condo for lunch, or warm up between runs. The Resort Village offers restaurants, shopping, cafés, and après-ski options—all just steps away. A free shuttle stop across the street provides easy access to downtown Winter Park.
This spacious one-bedroom, one-bath condo sleeps up to four guests and is located on the same level as the amenity deck, offering convenient direct access to the oversized community hot tub, outdoor fireplace, and grilling station.

Inside the Home
This warm and inviting condo features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a microwave convection oven for easy meal preparation. Cozy seating in the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV.
The dining table seats four, and sliding doors lead directly to the patio and the amenity deck—ideal for relaxing after a day on the mountain.
The private bedroom includes a king bed, large closet, and window AC unit (summer only). The spacious bathroom features a soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower.

Lovely stay

We enjoyed staying in this condo for a ski vacation. It was very clean, especially the linens which seemed to be brought in from an outside service. The unit was well stocked and communication with the management company was great. Parking was easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo, convenience all around!

We stayed here for spring break with our 2 teen children and it was great! The location of the condo on the same level as the hot tub and laundry was a big plus! This was also our first time staying in a ski-in, ski-out location which was also very nice. The only negative thing I would say is that some of the appliances Need to be updated or thoroughly cleaned. The small microwave oven and portable skillet were quite dirty. Otherwise great clean and pretty condo!

It was a very short walk to the Gondola and Gemini lift. Amazing location. Beautiful condo. Clean, modern, great communication from Winter Park Lodging about condo, amenities, parking options. Best location in the condo building with large outdoor terrace that had easy access (same floor) to amenities deck with large hot tub. Wonderful view of mountain and the Winter Park Resort Village. Loved it all!!

Fantastic location on WP property and in the building!

The property was great! The check in was challenging because of my lack of digital finesse. Gratefully Kendall was awesome. I’m used to a world where people like Kendall move up in the ranks due to their customer service. Well stocked kitchenette and comfortable living space. The unit was not fully stocked with Kleenex or soap in the shower. Parking fees should be built into the rental. Seemed micro-managed. Would like to return someday!

Winter Park after Christmas

Condo was very well appointed. It had everything we needed. The rooms were very dark even with all the lights on. Unfortunately, it was not in and out skiing as advertised. Why have a resort manager when they tell you to get a hold of VRBO to change anything. Margarete

Wonderful condo!

Our family of 4 with two adult children stayed in the condo for 3 nights. It was a little crowded but we made it work with a pull out couch and we brought a blow up mattress. There was one in the closet too. The hot tub was fabulous and steps from the porch. My kids got first tracks one day as short walk to gondola. Nice place and convenient. The manager checked in for any problems and promptly replied. The gas fireplace was hot and helped dry out everything. The laundry was down the hall. Bring quarters as they were hard to find in the village. Would stay again!

Perfect!

Two of us stayed here for a quick trip to Winter Park and it exceeded our expectations. The place was clean and the location was even better. Easy to reach the hot tub and the base of the hill. Parking was easy too and the cost wasn’t too bad. I’m not sure we’d want to stay anywhere else the next time we head to Winter Park. Thank you!

Very Pleasantly Surprised

This is the best ski resort rental we have found! When there is enough snow like we had, we could ski to the other side of the street from the entrance, < 30 ft of walking. Comfy bed, and more than enough space. Only thing we noticed is that it isn't very brightly lit, but that can actually be nice in the evenings after a long ski day.

Great Access

We stayed here because our son was ski racing all weekend and it was the perfect location, we never even moved the car. Only thing was the oven is a microwave/convection oven thing and I decided not to deal with it and we just ate out. The blow dryer died and they immediately brought me a new one! We will be back next year!
