A newly renovated basement guest suite located in a quiet neighborhood in Brampton, Ontario. Cozy and comfortable, featuring two bedrooms with queen-size beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and one bathroom with a shower and amenities. Includes a separate side entrance with a key code. There is parking for one car, as well as space for another car only from 8:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. You can also park on the side of the road during the day.

The accommodation was clean, bright and host was very prompt with answering questions. The accommodations were in a lovely neighborhood. We definitely hope to stay again at these accommodations.

The place was very clean & very spacious. However, if you need internet or sleep you may struggle. The WiFi kept going out & there was loud movement upstairs until late at night & then it began again early in the morning .

I disagree with this comment. The guest never mentioned any internet problems, even though I communicated with them. Furthermore, we have an internet extension downstairs; I don't know if they connected properly. We don't have this problem with other guests. Regarding the noise, there are only two adults upstairs, and we're allowed to walk around the house. We go to work at 7 a.m. without any noise; is it as if we're not allowed to walk around the house? Besides, they left the apartment dirty, and I didn't complain.

Really nice place and accommodating owner. The bathroom is beautiful and the bedrooms are nice. The entry way is really small and the drain seems to be backed up in the bathroom. If you want sharp knives to cook or prepare food bring your own. But we had a really nice stay and I would come again!!!

Great location and comfortable accommodations

Had a nice stay at the property. It was as comfortable as I remembered from my previous stay. The location was chosen for the convenience and walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Thank you for the hospitality!

Marie is just awesome, this is our second stay. Communication is top, location is very nice and excellent neighbourhood. Nothing is ever perfect, wifi is a little spotty and temperature is controlled by upstairs/family but do not let that change your consideration. We would happily come back and stay with Marie.Merci Marie!!

Amazing

Marie was fantastic, we sent our son for schooling and he spent 11 days. The location is in a very nice neighbourhood, very clean and easy to access the amenities you would need and location is perfect for planning your day trips. Communication was excellent, the basement suite is a great size, bigger than most and with all the amenities. Very clean! Great parking right on driveway, seperate and secure entrance. Highly recommend for business or pleasure. We plan to stay again! Thx Marie

Het is heel ruim en heel schoon. Modern en comfortabel. We hebben in Montréal, Vancouver, Nanaimo en dus hier overnacht en dit was het beste verblijf op alle fronten.

No se puede controlar la temperatura del departamento de manera independiente y pasamos noches muy frías. No había detergente para la lavadora, y estaba restringido el uso y horario de la misma. Demasiadas advertencias de cuidados a tener en el uso del departamento, como en la ventilación al cocinar.

The place has a private entrance, which made it feel very comfortable and private. It was also very clean and nice! The host was wonderful, responded very quickly, and provided us with extra blankets. Parking was very convenient as well. Overall, we had a really great stay :)

Clean and comfortable stay

The instructions provided by the owner were good. She communicated well. The place was clean and a little bigger than what we expected which was great. The beds were comfortable too. Only note is that the staircase area to the apartment is narrow and a long way down - so if you have suitcases, keep this in mind. Overall, a great stay for our short visit here.
