McCrae Beach Luxury Family Escape

This contemporary coastal home is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the best of the Mornington Peninsula. It is located footsteps to cafes and the beach. Entertain the whole family inside or out and enjoy the bay views from the large wrap around balcony. The large main bedroom has a private retreat and private balcony with city and water views.

There are luxury touches throughout, including french linen (included) and luxurious bath amenities. There are two living areas with two large TVs. Let the kids watch a movie downstairs while you enjoy the sunset and water views from the upstairs balcony. Outside there is a Ping Pong table, cubby house and trampoline with a huge yard for the kids to run around.

There is ample parking at the house. Leave your car the minute you arrive and you will not need to drive anywhere. All amenities are within a short walking distance including cafes, restaurants, the beach, historic McCrae homestead and wineries.

McCrae is located in between Dromana and Rye. It is a perfect spot if you like to be away from the noise and the crowds of Dromana and Rye but close enough to still enjoy the cosmopolitan lifestyle there.

Amazing home, great location,

I’ll start with saying…. The photos do not do this home any justice as it’s even better in person. It has been built to make you not want to leave, very spacious and a beautiful relaxing view of the beach in the distance. Very homey especially if you have young children. Literally a 7 min walk and you are on the white sand. Walking distance to local cafe, pizza shop, and Greek restaurant. A 5 minute drive to Dromana, local cafes, restaurants and supermarket. Dealing with the host was easy, super friendly and very accomodating. This is definitely on my saved list gor my next stay in McCrae, you will not be disappointed, thank you for a great week and relaxing feel See you next time.
