Welcome to The Lake Shack at Hideaway Resort! This 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom "shack" is "a little old place" inspired by the famous B-52's song and was created for a super fan on the song! This "funky little shack" has everything you are looking for and it's on the lake! Lake front views, dock access, and large resort pool. Come see why we "love rules" and why we have had guests stay at Hideaway Resort for 10, 15, and even 30 years!

Upon arriving at Hideaway Resort, you will instantly fall in love with the peaceful and tranquil setting. The cabin is standalone and away from most cabins on the property. "Bang, bang, bang, on the door baby!" From the outside you would never know there is a fully themed cabin on the inside! "Knock a little louder baby!" In the entry you will find a spacious area for coats and suitcases. Round the corner to find "glitter on the hallway" just as the song describes. With unique wallpaper and custom designed floor - you will truly feel like you are with the B-52's! The hallway walls are covered with B-52 memorabilia as well custom-made items to match the theme. Don't forget to look up! "Tin Roof!" You know we had to do it.

In the main room you will find everything you need for the perfect stay. Here you will find a new, and very comfortable, queen bed with luxury linens. There is also plenty of dresser space to unpack at Table Rock Lake! Enjoy all your favorite channels on the TV or jam out to your favorite tunes on the miniature jukebox as the "whole shack shimmies" - just don't forget to "bring your jukebox money"! The futon provides additional seating and folds down to sleep additional guests. The spacious kitchenette has everything you need to make your favorite lake meals. Although there is not a stove, we have made up for it with the extra-large air fryer and two burner hot plate. There is even more storage in the large pantry/ closet next to the kitchen. This small property is certainly not short on storage! Although the song promises "glitter on the front porch" we tend to be partial to the back porch. Off the main room is a small patio with one of the best lake views on the property! You will love to spend time here after a fun day on the lake just enjoying the peaceful view.

Hideaway Resort is located on Table Rock Lake between points 11 and 12. Kimberling City is 15 mins one way; Cape Fair is 20 mins the other way which makes this part of the lake fun and quiet! Although the resort is not located in Branson, you are just a 35-minute drive away from everything the area has to offer. Hideaway Resort is on a peninsula with spectacular views of beautiful Table Rock Lake from both sides of the cabin and especially the spacious covered deck. Two picnic pavilions, pool, and playground are also located within steps of the front door. The resorts guest services area includes washers and dryers available for guest use as well as ice and bait for purchase. All cabins come with slip access and ample trailer parking. We can sleep up to 80 at the resort so it is perfect for reunions, fishing buddies or couples coming together to enjoy Table Rock! Hideaway Resort is conveniently located next to the Hideaway Marina on the quiet side of the lake - great coves for fishing and excellent watersports! The cliff jumping is right around the corner. Our cove has main channel views but small enough to enjoy our provided water trampoline, kayaks, paddle boards, and pedal boats for the youngest! The resort has multiple firepits, horseshoes, cornhole and other family games when you are off the water.
