The Space
This listing includes private access to the lower level of a multi-level home the other option is the upper 3 levels but in peak season we prefer 4 all levels to 1 group. In off seasons and rare peak season as in the case of a cancel or weekdays or orphan. Your space is fully separated and not shared with other guests. All rooms within your reserved area are exclusively yours, providing a comfortable and private stay. All dual unit properties require booking both side of the unit during peak season.

Property Layout
The home has multiple levels, which may be rented separately. Each level is fully isolated, similar to separate units, and there is no shared indoor access between guest spaces.

Located in Alto near the Grand Rapids area, the home offers a peaceful lakeside setting with convenient access to rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft.

This home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Please respect neighbors and other guests by keeping noise at a reasonable level, especially during evening hours.

By completing this reservation, guests agree to comply with all house rules and booking terms
A rental agreement may be required prior to arrival through our secure guest portal (powered by Hostaway)
Failure to complete required pre-arrival steps may impact check-in access. All bookings during peak season that include a weekend, holiday, multi house booking or reservation modifications are nonrefundable. All dual unit properties require booking both side of the unit during peak season.

👥 Occupancy & Visitors
Only registered guests are permitted on the property after 9:00 PM
Additional overnight guests must be approved in advance

Check-in details will be provided prior to arrival
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior approval
Unauthorized early arrival or late departure may result in additional charges
