Step inside to find a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a gas range, perfect for preparing meals during your stay. The adjoining dining area allows you to enjoy ocean views through sliding doors.

Just a few steps down, the spacious living room awaits with a large TV, comfortable seating, and access to the deck, where a gas grill, outdoor dining table, and panoramic views of the bay make for the perfect gathering spot.

The bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged across multiple levels for added privacy.

The first primary suite includes a king-size bed, private bath with shower, and a balcony with stunning water views of the water.

The next level features a large bedroom with a queen bed and two twin beds, along with a shared full bath and convenient washer/dryer in the hallway.

The third level offers a cozy loft with two futons for extra guests and access to the rooftop deck, perfect for stargazing and enjoying the ocean breeze.

The final floor includes an additional king bedroom with its own private bath and shower, completing this spacious vacation retreat.

The Yachtsman Condominiums provide access to a private beach and pool. The property is located on Ocean Street, close to Hyannis Harbor for ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard, and within walking distance to lively Main Street shops, dining, and entertainment.

Pool Hours: Open daily in July and August. Open weekends only in June. Closed after Labor Day. Please note: the pool may have reduced days/hours during the last two weeks of August due to staffing. "The decision regarding the pool’s closure is determined solely by the condominium association and is outside of our control."

"My family and I have been coming to the Cape for more than 30 years and have always tried to get a place at the Yatchsman This year was no exception and this house provided the much needed space for my growing family The house was very clean and A/C exceptional The 3 bathrooms offered great flexibility that we have not seen in some of the other houses Very nice upgrades Looking forward to returning again next year Thank you for a Great year

"This property proved a perfect environment for our family vacation. Direct beach access to the bay portion of Hyannis meant long days of swimming and sand play for adults and child. Parking was sufficient and the restaurants and shops of Main Street just a short drive away. The space was immaculate and offered everything necessary for a comfortable stay. As mentioned, there are 3 levels of somewhat deep stairs. Our 3 year old handled them just fine, but others with some mobility concerns may not. Plenty of sleeping and living space.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
