As you approach, a welcoming covered deck sets the tone for your stay. Step inside to find the newly remodeled kitchen, featuring a large island, modern appliances, and everything you need to cook at home. The adjoining dining area includes a spacious table, perfect for family meals or game nights.

A few steps down brings you to the sunken living room, offering a comfortable place to gather with a flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors lead out to your private deck overlooking the beautifully landscaped courtyard and pool with gazebo. This deck is complete with outdoor seating, umbrella, and an electric grill for al fresco dining.

Upstairs, the primary suite features a king-size bed, mounted TV, and a freshly remodeled en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.

Head up a few stairs to a full bath with shower. There's a spacious guest bedroom outfitted with a bunk bed (twin over full) and trundle. This bedroom also opens to its own private deck, where you can start your morning with fresh sea air.

Climb one more level to reach the rooftop deck, your ultimate vacation perch. Enjoy sweeping views as you sip cocktails, watch the sunset, or simply relax after a day at the beach.

The Yachtsman Condominiums provide access to a private beach and pool. The property is located on Ocean Street, close to Hyannis Harbor for ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard, and within walking distance to lively Main Street shops, dining, and entertainment.

Pool Hours: Open daily in July and August. Open weekends only in June. Closed after Labor Day. Please note: the pool may have reduced days/hours during the last two weeks of August due to staffing. "The decision regarding the pool’s closure is determined solely by the condominium association and is outside of our control."

"This was my second year in a row vacationing here (same exact unit). The condo amenities are great! We took full advantage of the pool and visiting the beach even just for an hour is ideal (no shlepping or battling for parking!). We also took advantage of some of the XPLORIE activities (one free adult ferry ticket to Martha’s Vineyard, a free ticket to the Adventure Park at the Heritage Museum, and a discount on a kayak tour in Mashpee). And while I don’t love doing laundry on vacation, the in unit laundry is really convenient and saved me time when we got home. It’s a lovely community in a great location.

"This unit was nicely suited for our family with two children (ages 7 and 4). They loved the bunk room and the private outdoor spaces of the back deck and roof deck were perfect for early mornings and evening relaxation outside. We enjoyed the convenience of walking to the private beach and the neighboring playground/beach at Veterans Park. The community pool was equally convenient and a great alternative to beach days. The lifeguards and pool manager were so friendly and even provided toys/goggles for the children! Overall a lovely community we hope to revisit in the future!

"Liked: Cleanliness Perfect family spot! We enjoyed our stay! We have two little ones and we truly enjoyed being able to walk a very short distance right out onto the private beach. Condo is newly renovated and clean. We will definitely consider going back here again. Stayed 7 nights in Jul 2023

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
