Welcome to Smoky Peak Lodge! This beautiful 3-story, 4400+ sqft, 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath cabin is minutes from Gatlinburg’s attractions, shopping, and dining. It offers parking for 5 vehicles, a game room, hot tub, and stunning mountain views.

Main Level:
The main level includes the kitchen, dining area, living area, 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, laundry, and deck access.

The living area has ample seating and an HDTV. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. The dining area seats 8 at the table and 3 at the island. The master bedroom features a king bed, HDTV, and an attached tub/shower bathroom. A washer and dryer add convenience. Step out to the deck and enjoy the outdoor fireplace and spectacular mountain views.

Upper Level:
Upstairs features 2 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa.

Both bedrooms have king beds, HDTVs, large picture windows with mountain views, and attached bathrooms with showers and jetted tubs. One bedroom includes a private deck.

Lower Level:
The lower level offers a game room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, hot tub, and patio access.

The game room includes a pool table and sleeper sofa. Both bedrooms have king beds, HDTVs, and attached tub/shower bathrooms. Step outside to the patio and relax in the hot tub surrounded by nature.

Guests are provided with a complimentary Luxury Pass, offering a free ticket daily to several of the area’s most popular attractions.

Amazing views

This place is amazing. It has lots of space for a large family. The views are amazing. It was so relaxing to sit in the rocking chairs and stare at the Smoky Mountains. I will definitely return.

Guys motorcycle trip

The house and location were fantastic. Very spacious and comfortable accommodations. The only issue we had was the cleaning/maintenance of the property. There were burned out light bulbs in several fixtures and didn't appear the toilets had been cleaned in the last 6 months.

House was very nice, the views were amazing and the location was good. My only complaint would be the big screen in the basement didn't work because of no wifi access and the outside couch/tv area could have been cleaned up I had to do that myself. Other than that everything was very nice, house is huge and has everything you need.

Labor Day Weekend 22

The cabin was very nice and view was beautiful. Game room was a big hit with plenty of fun stuff to keep everyone occupied. But…the cabin was not very clean. Pile of dirty towels still in one closest. Dead bugs and dirt everywhere. There was only a few chairs at the table that felt safe enough to sit in. We called for a trash pickup and to ask for light bulbs (had to search all the lambs to find bulbs to use in bathroom vanities) but no one ever showed . Beautiful cabin but if I was the owner I’d consider a new management company.

Amazing Views

Overall we had a wonderful stay. The home was beautiful and there was plenty of room for us to spread out and not feel cramped. The views were amazing, not having a single house on the mountains behind us was truly breathtaking. There were a few things we wish we had but were easy enough to get around. First, the dishwasher doesn't work we tried running it multiple times and ended up hand washing everything. Second, there are lots of bees! Lastly, There are no "basics". No seasonings, cooking oil or cleaning products of any kind. If you plan to use the kitchen bring everything you will need from start to finish.

Beautiful house that needs minor maintenance

Our stay was beautiful and we had perfect weather. The only issues with the house was the non cleaning dishwasher. We felt like it just doesn’t clean and everything was soaking wet at the end of the cycle. The pots and pans need to be inventoried and new once need to be purchased. The pool table needs new sticks and supplies. Fusball table had no balls to play with. The the bees were a nuisance. One of our members was stung by a large wasp. I understand nature is hard to control but the bees are definitely flourishing around the home.

Could have been bettet

Outdoor fireplace was broken and when called just came and put an out or order sign on it. Jacuzzi tubs appeared to have never been serviced or cleaned in forever black chunks just flooded out the jets so wasn’t able to enjoy a relaxing soak. Water was undrinkable. Half the pool sticks were broken and the dart board didn’t work at all. Some of the bedding was not cleaned properly and appears a rat got into our hot chocolate and left it’s droppings behind everywhere

We BEARLY had a good time!

We had three bears and four bear encounters while we were there. Two of them walked up onto the deck! Disclaimer: There was no food left on the deck and we disposed of trash properly in the bear proof trash cans. Overall a great experience there. Some of the typical rental wear was found but not enough to complain about it at check-in. Cleanliness was like I said 4/5 star. Clean but not as clean as my home. The outside fireplace wasn't working but since it was July we didn't bother with trying to get it fixed. The picture of the outdoor fireplace and TV really sold the property to us BUT once we were there the view of the mountains was so amazing that we never really sat there. Some more tall chairs on the main floor deck would be a welcome addition since the two that are there were always full. I would describe the property as on the first ridge away from the Smoky Mountain park so there are several cabins close together on the road there to take advantage of the view. For most of our trip that wasn't a problem but on the last night someone moved in next door and their music and loud voices late at night weren't appreciated. We will stay here again if we go back to the area.

Filthy, broken furniture, amenities did not work

The house had not been cleaned prior to our stay. We arrived to trash all over porch including used feminine products. The carpets were not vacuumed with hair and debris in all rooms and floors. The doors and windows were covered in grime, hand prints, and smears. The toilets and tubs had drips and stains. The washing machine did not work, the coffee pot was broken, the dart board was broken, the game tables were full of dead bugs. The ceiling fans were full of dead bugs. Spiders and bugs were in all rooms. The hot tub was green on the bottom and parts were floating in it. The furniture was sticky and more than one kitchen chair was broken to the point you couldn’t use it. One of them had been chewed apart. The faucets and kitchen appliances were covered in hand prints and grime. Bedding and blankets were wadded up in the closets….. We called and called with no response. We called the emergency number and no one answered and no one ever called us back after any message left. Someone came and picked up part of the trash but not all. Clothing, and trash was still in the yard with parts of a broken trash can. Twice during our stay we got a person after staying on hold 15-18 minutes and we were told “a work order was turned in” and they would have the manager call but no one contacted us until after we got home. The people we spoke to were polite but said they could not do anything. When the manager finally called, after we had returned from our trip, she was unpleasant and thoroughly disinterested. I sent pictures documenting what the house looked like and the manager said she saw them and nothing she saw was outside their cleaning policy. It was disgusting and unsanitary. They do not even have a bear bin for trash. The pictures they show DID NOT reflect the conditions we experienced when we arrived. I will not rent from this company again. If I could post pictures I would. This house was in a shocking and unacceptable state of uncleanliness and neglect which is unfortunate because it was in a great setting with views.

Gatlinburg Trip

Beautiful property and views but needed thorough cleaning including windows and extermination treatment. Property manager was excellent but someone turned off the AC for the 3rd floor.

Really sorry but we had bugs in all the tubs. Dirt and cob webbs were bad. There is No way is was cleaned before we got there. We cleaned it. The hot tub was green and slimmy. We cleaned and bought bleach tablets. Parts are broke inside tub. Other than that it was ok. Oh yes TV downstairs hardly erer works.

Overview

Overall great cabin. Clean. Spacious. Outside TV didn’t work. (Not a big deal) Inside fireplace didn’t work(not a big deal) Wood was provided but no fire pit(not a big deal) The grass probably could have been cut but it was far from terrible. There was some debris/trash right outside the property line that could use some cleaning/picking up. Overall 9 out of 10. Highly recommended this cabin. Amazing view and feels of a luxurious cabin. 👍👍👍

Awesome location

This house was absolutely amazing. Fantastic views, perfect location. 10 mins from food and groceries and 20-30 to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. No major issues during our stay, everything was provided as described. We did have issues with wasps getting into the house (I would have an exterminator come out and check for nests under the deck) and the upstairs master bath had a major lady bug/potato bug issue. They didn’t bother me but some guests may find that to be an issue. Jetted tubs need a deep clean, using the jets left the water very dirty. These were minor issues and we would 100% book this house again.
