Welcome to "Sunny Private and Comfortable," a gorgeous home located in picturesque Ruby Bay. This gem accommodates a maximum of six guests .

For your sleep comfort, the bedrooms are arranged and aptly designed to give you a warm homey feeling coupled with a good night's rest.All have comfortable beds with high quality linen.

Amenities are thoughtfully provided to enhance your stay. Savor your morning cup of coffee brewed from our the coffee machine. Enjoy a cozy evening in front of the TV after a day exploring Ruby Bay. Make use of the convenient washer and dryer.

A lovely stay!

My husband and I were so pleased to stay in such a lovely, clean and tastefully decorated house. We had a wonderful time and loved sitting at the outside table for our meals. The house had everything we needed and we couldn’t have wished for anything else. Thankyou for a lovely stay!

Great place to stay

Just like it was advertised - sunny, private and comfortable. Enjoyed the location in between Nelson and Motueka and the wharf at Mapua and amenities were lovely. Exceeded our expectations.

I would add modern to the above-very happy and impressed with 44 pine hill road-we particularly liked the privacy and the peace and quiet.Spent 3 nights and wished for more-modern facilities and ease of using the property was a plus. Would use again . William

A very comfortable Mapua stay

We enjoyed the property very much. It was very well equiped and we can’t really fault it. The only aspect we were not happy with was the “Registration” process. In all the properties we have stayed at, this was the only time we had to register online. To do that, key components were to send an image of my credit card and an image of my drivers license (or passport). Sending an image of my credit card wasn’t so bad (although I resented it) what I really objected to was that my drivers license has my signature on it. This really is an identity risk and I won’t do it again!

The host needs work

Can’t comment on the property itself as due to unforeseen circumstances we did not use the property however the response and service provided form the “host” was terrible. Point blank ignored any questions I had and when questioned as to why I was over changed all I got as a reply was, oh I don’t know but maybe it’s a credit card fee. Then nothing Won’t be using them again

Elevated solitude

Set on an elevated site this home was a wonderful location for our families holiday. A short 500m walk to the nearby beach complimented the short drive or longer walk into Mapua for several amenities. The home is warm, comfortable and enjoys plentiful sun into the living area. The beds were equally comfortable ensuring a restful night. In short, we loved our stay and would return to this holiday house in a heartbeat.
