The facilities were very nice and clean. The shuttles were very handy to have, even though the wall to the beach wasn’t that far. My family and I highly recommend staying here.

We loved the resort; the pools, the bars, the restaurants, the shuttles back and forth to the ocean. Our rental unit was another story. Long waits on responses from host. Check out time for the property was 10am, not 11am as advertised. Several things in the house broken or not working. The light fixture in the laundry area was literally handing from the ceiling with exposed wires. We will go back, but not to 835 Madiera.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that the cleanliness and kitchen inventory fell short of our standards and your expectations during your stay. We take reports of this nature very seriously and have immediately partnered with our local management team to address these issues. A comprehensive deep cleaning of the home and furniture has been scheduled, all linens are being thoroughly inspected and replaced, and the kitchen is being fully restocked with new pots, pans, and lids. We appreciate you bringing these details to our attention so we can ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for all future guests.

Great Place!

This property was easy to find, conveniently located, had great amenities, was very roomy, and had everything we needed. The balcony was great for having our morning coffee and winding down in the evening. I will definitely stay here again!

Would not recommend this property. Carpets are old and need cleaned, lightbulbs burned out, bedroom lamp operable, upstairs shower doesn’t drain well, washer leaks, dryer makes terrible noise (probably a bearing), light in utility closet falling off ceiling, only 3 cereal bowls and 4 knives, host provided incorrect door access code (in writing even!), furniture is worn out and hardwood floors need attention, safe not operable.

We were very disappointed with our stay! The property was not clean upon arrival, with stained pillows, sheets, and dirty walls throughout. Several items were also broken or in poor condition, including beds, doors, and lights.Maintenance had to be called during our stay for multiple issues, including a leaking sink, a broken bar stool, and a patio door that would not lock. They never fixed the lights in our bedroom and due to this, we only had a small bedside lamp. At that point, there was no point in contacting the host directly, as it was clear the property was not being properly maintained.Overall, the condition of the home did not match expectations, and it significantly impacted our stay. We would not recommend this property.
