Welcome to your beachside home away from home, stylish, spacious, and designed with comfort in mind. This freshly renovated and beautifully furnished house has a relaxed, coastal feel and is perfect for big families or groups looking to unwind and enjoy time together.
Open the back gate and you find the dog agility park and a kids play park, all next to the new whale-watching platform as part of The Cape’s sustainable living community. Here you will find an EV charger, basketball courts, tennis, and bowls facilities – all part of your backyard experience!
Set in the heart of Cape Paterson, you’re just a short scenic drive to Inverloch and within easy walking distance of everything, beautiful bay and surf beaches (including a dog-friendly stretch, just check the seasons), natural rock pools, and the popular Cape Tavern (widely considered the best spot to eat in the area). The Cape Paterson Life Saving Club is just a five-minute stroll away.
The Space – Sleeps 9 comfortably
Upstairs: Open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with a separate toilet.
Downstairs:
Three bedrooms (King, Queen, Tri-bunk with Double + Single)
Family bathroom and a second toilet
Second living area with a 60” TV
Laundry and a fully enclosed garden—great for kids and pets
Bonus Studio: A converted garage offers a quiet king bedroom and a desk space—ideal for anyone wanting a little privacy or a spot to catch up on work.
Comfort year-round: Air conditioning on both levels keeps you cool in summer and warm in winter.
