Hi Amberlea, we're glad you enjoyed the area and the pool! We take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: We strive to make sure that our guests have an exceptional experience with us and uphold high standards of hospitality. We are truly sorry to hear that you did not have the five-star stay we endeavor to provide our guests. To ensure efficiency, we will work with our cleaners, regular maintenance, and pest control to be sure this doesn’t happen again. If you had concerns about the cleanliness, bringing it to our attention would have helped resolve the issue. We go above and beyond and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays.

Hi Emmett, thank you for sharing your valuable feedback about your recent stay. We greatly appreciate your input. Your comments have been forwarded to the homeowner to ensure we address your concerns effectively: -"We apologize for any confusion regarding your message not reaching us. We're sorry for any delay in our response, as we genuinely didn't receive it. -Your feedback regarding the appliances and amenities is essential, as this is the first instance of such issues for us. We're grateful for your alertness. -We understand the importance of your comfort, especially regarding bedding. Our cleaning team is already on top of this, and we're taking steps to improve our guests sleep experience. A new high-grade mattress topper has been ordered for one bed, and we'll extend this upgrade to the others if it proves successful. -We regret if your stay fell short of expectations. Your review is valuable, and we're using it as an opportunity to refine our services. Adjustments have been made after a candid conversation with our cleaning crew. Your feedback guides us, and we're dedicated to ensuring your next stay is exceptional. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts. We're committed to making things right and providing our guests with outstanding future visits."

Hi Christie, we're sorry to hear you were disappointed with your stay. We've reached out to the homeowner, and they wanted to address your concerns: - We certainly appreciate your feedback and take this all very seriously. After revisiting the property description, we noticed that it mentions "on-site beach access" provided via a short walk but does not mention a beach view. - The couch mattress is a standard couch mattress. We haven't had any complaints before but also acknowledge that guests do not regularly use it since the home has four beds. - We were unaware that only one lightbulb was working, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We'll promptly replace the other bulbs to ensure a well-lit and comfortable environment. - We did see the shower curtain that was left and installed with a tension rod. - The upstairs bathroom is as photographed so our guests can determine before booking if it suits their preferences. - The layout of the top-floor condos follows a standard design consistent across all buildings. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we'll revisit our listing and descriptions to make any necessary improvements. We hope you'll consider staying with us again in the future.

From the owner: Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the cleanliness of the property and its convenient location just a short walk to the beach. We appreciate you bringing the maintenance and furnishing concerns to our attention. We apologize for the broken balcony chair and shower knob during your stay. We have shared these items with our maintenance team for immediate review and replacement. We also value your comments regarding the furniture and paint, as guest feedback helps us prioritize future property improvements and updates. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.

From the owner: "Thank you for choosing to stay with us! We are so glad to hear that you and your family enjoyed your stay!"
