This beautiful poolside condo offers comfort, convenience, and plenty of space for the whole family. With AC in the bedrooms and living room and resort-style amenities, it’s the perfect home base for your Cape Cod vacation.

Step inside to the renovated kitchen with granite countertops and an island, perfect for easy meal prep. There's a dining area with a dining table to enjoy all your meals.

Step down to the sunken living room with comfortable seating and a mounted flat-screen TV.

Upstairs, the air-conditioned primary bedroom features a king bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and private balcony overlooking the landscaped courtyard.

On the next floor, you’ll find a full-size washer and dryer, a second full bathroom with tub/shower combo and the second bedroom with two twin beds and a Smart TV for streaming.

Head up to the third-floor loft, also air-conditioned, which provides a small additional sleeping space with a full-size futon.

The rooftop deck is on the top level, this is a private space with views of the pool and lovely grounds.

The Yachtsman Condominiums provide access to a private beach and pool. The property is located on Ocean Street, close to Hyannis Harbor for ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard, and within walking distance to lively Main Street shops, dining, and entertainment.

Pool Hours: Open daily in July and August. Open weekends only in June. Closed after Labor Day. Please note: the pool may have reduced days/hours during the last two weeks of August due to staffing. "The decision regarding the pool’s closure is determined solely by the condominium association and is outside of our control."

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
