In just a two hour drive, you will arrive to see a property like no other. With over 350 ft of water frontage on a private lot with flat land, this property is the epitome of luxury. Situated on a peninsula, you have exposures from all angles, offering breathtaking sunsets as well as sun or shade as deemed fit.

The frontage combines an unparalleled Sandy Beach, an oversized deck, a screened in pergola on the water, 3 dock slips and a swim out dock. Also take advantage of our own little private island that offers cliff diving for your entire party. Our fire pit is practically on the water making your camp fires feel all the more special. The outdoor landscape is truly nothing short of a summer camp.

The Cottage

Brand new, fully renovated from floor to ceiling. Open concept with a brand new Chef's Kitchen, a spacious living room that offers incredible lake views. New windows and sliders with screens that offer you the ability to make you feel like you are outside. Dining can be accomplished in doors at our 8' rustic wood table or outdoors in our screened in muskoka room that is steps away from the kitchen. Other amenities include ice cold air conditioning, High Speed Bell internet, a 65" Smart Television as well Sonos for your indoor and outdoor audio entertainment. The master bedroom features a forest view, an ensuite and a luxurious king size bed. Bedroom 2 offers a full lake view with a King size bed. Bedroom 3 offers 2 Double beds & Bedroom 4 has 2 sets of bunk beds. Additional accommodations can be found in our bunkie that includes a 3 piece bathroom as well as a King Size Bed. Step outside the cottage onto a 500' sq foot brand new deck.
