Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head. Just a five-minute walk to the beach, this beautifully maintained Lighthouse Road Villa offers the perfect Sea Pines getaway. Overlooking the 10th fairway of the Atlantic Dunes Golf Course, this spacious two-story villa is ideally located near the Sea Pines Beach Club, providing easy access to the island’s most popular beaches, dining, and bike trails. Guests can also enjoy the heated community pool, shared with only eight other villas, offering a peaceful place to relax from March through November.

Comfortably sleeping up to seven guests, this villa is designed for families or groups seeking both comfort and convenience. The primary bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bath, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed, and the third bedroom includes a full and a twin bed — perfect for kids or extra guests. Each bedroom has its own TV, and a washer and dryer add an extra touch of ease to your stay.

Step outside to a private patio surrounded by lush greenery, where you can unwind, dine al fresco, or grill on the gas barbecue. Four adult bicycles and four beach chairs are included, making it effortless to explore Sea Pines’ scenic trails and pristine beaches. With a location that blends comfort, convenience, and coastal charm, this villa is your perfect home base for an unforgettable Hilton Head Island vacation.

Great Place

Convenient, clean and good pool. Sea Pines is a great area, close to Harbor Town. Master bedroom downstairs and 2 other bedrooms upstairs, allowing for space for all!

Sea Pines Stay

We had a great week, perfect weather! The kids were upstairs, grandparents downstairs. We had a difficult time with the tv, but eventually got it to work. Bicycling was our favourite past time.

The location of the condo is perfect to get to the beach and ride all around the island. The property management group was attentive to our needs. It was nice to have a pool right out back.

Symposium Stay

Overall I will say our stay met our expectations. This home was very comfortable. Love the fact the pool is right in the back of the home. We also put the 4 bicycles to food use! I would definitely stay there again!

Close to the beach

Great location - short walking distance to the beach club. We found ourselves short on amenities (garbage bags, tissues, hand soap) which were supposed to be left by the cleaning crew but one of the managers was nice enough to bring them to us promptly!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This villa had a great layout, perfect location with a pool only shared by 9 units. It was well stocked with many items vacationers desire. Our only issues were that the mattresses in the twin bedroom were too firm, and it could use a better wine opener. The listing should note that the unit includes beach towels & a hair dryer which would have saved us a few less items to pack. Otherwise, it was clean and had comfortable & ample furniture.

It could use a little updating, but everything was in working order, clean, nice to have bikes and beach chairs available. Had a little daily lizard visitor that showed up between the bathroom and laundry room. No issues. Kitchen nicely stocked, ac was more than adequate, a few light bulbs were out, but all in all a terrific spot!

Great location & property

Listing is as described. Check-in was super easy. Parking is a bit of a challenge, especially right in front of the unit. There are ample guest spots to the side of the building both those fill up as well. My advice if you have multiple cars is to leave one in a guest spot and come and go using one vehicle that can park in the assigned spot. We did not use the bikes but there are 4 that come with the rental that appear to be in good condition. Beach is walkable, although we still parked a car at the beach club for easy access. The only complaint we had was that the condo did not appear to be cleaned before we arrived. Dirty dishes and floors, and pretty sure the air vents haven't been cleaned in quite a while. Other than that, a quiet and peacefull stay for a holiday in HHI!

Family Getaway

We had a great stay, meeting up with family for several days to visit. The location was central to everything we wanted to do and the property managers were extremely responsive. Rental bikes already available for use were a huge plus! We had a problem with our toaster and they had replaced it within hours!

Great Location

Our stay was very enjoyable. Everything was in great shape. Beach chairs were very nice (backpack kind). Made it an easy haul to the beach on the bikes provided. Don’t have any complaints. We enjoyed it thoroughly. Thanks again.

Great Spot in Sea Pines

My husband and I stayed with our 4 adult children. We’ve stayed in sea pines many times. This condo was perfectly located, about a 15 minute walk to the beach, convenient to both harbor town and south beach. Four bikes were provided and we were able to easily ride to the beach in under 5 minutes. The beach trolley went right by the condo, so you could hop on if you didn’t feel like walking. The beach chairs were also provided and were in decent condition. There were enough chairs for everyone and most were backpack style which made carrying easy. The condo itself was nice and comfortable. It had everything we needed and the beautiful pool was right outside the door. Check in was easy. We arrived late at night and were able to go directly to the unit. Overall…everything was great! Thanks!

Hilton Head vacation

Loved the villa, spacious, matched description. Especially liked pool, never had more than one or two other families. Close to beach access and all the other Sea Pines attra tions. Great privacy.

Hilton Head Island Vacation

Great property, close to the beach and to the pool. We had a great time!! Not cleaned very well, something was left poured out on refrigerator shelf and the dishwasher was dirty on the inside, so we questioned if dishes had been put up dirty. (One of the coffee cups in cabinet still had coffee stain in it.)
