The Space:
Step into the welcoming family room with abundant natural light, featuring a large screen TV, sofa bed, and cozy armchairs. The main bedroom suite beckons with a king bed, spacious walk-thru closet with beach chair and umbrella storage, and a modern bathroom boasting a floor-to-ceiling glass shower and dual sink vanity. A hairdryer is provided for your convenience. Thoughtful beach-inspired furnishings and a refreshing blue theme can be found throughout the home, creating a relaxing ambiance indoors and out.

The second bedroom, accessed via a small step-down, offers twin beds and leads to the laundry room equipped with newer front-loading machines and an ironing board. The third bedroom presents a queen bed, TV, dual nightstands, and a stylish en suite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and modern rectangular vanity. Another hairdryer is available in this bathroom. Afterward, make your way to the open kitchen.

The well-appointed kitchen showcases glossy blue tile backsplash, solid white hardwood cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. Guests will appreciate the blender, regular drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, and tea pot. The kitchen seamlessly flows into the dining room, complete with a glass-topped table for six. To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $50 non-refundable damage fee or a $1,000 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 30 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.

This is a self check in property with a coded door code that gets changed in between every reservation and your code is only active during your times of your reservation and we can accommodate early and late check outs upon request, if available. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and 2 weeks prior to arrival.
