We were moving to Summerville and needed a place to stay for 9 days between closings. We were very pleased with everything about it. Bed was really comfortable, we had a small kitchen to cook in and even a dining table and living area. We felt very comfortable and welcomed.

Just as advertised

This VRBO was just as advertised; perfect for a couple looking for a place to stay with peace and quiet. It's great having a full kitchen to prepare meals. Contact with property owners was seamless. Close enough to Charleston to be an easy drive in and out, but far enough away to provide solitude. Would definitely recommend.

PERFECT~Clean~Close Proximity to everything beaches, food and entertainment, quiet/peaceful!!

I came here for a short stay to relocate in September. I ended up coming in a bit later than expected and Della (host) was so kind checking in on me and my arrival time. One night, maybe the first night I came back to rental quite late 12 am or so and Della sent a quick text confirming I was “ok”. Being a single lady in an unfamiliar town, that spoke volumes to me. Just losing my mother it was sorta something I needed. So thank you Della. The place was IMMACULATE, floors were shining! The size and comfort was perfect. The bed was very comfortable, AND every night I fell asleep without my normal white noise, a fan and Alexa (which they have there if you want, I brought my own). So quiet and peaceful and a short 5 min drive to supermarkets, Starbucks, convenience stores/gasoline, and 20/25 min to six different islands, 40 min from Kiawah private beach, Beachfront! At one point I was thinking of staying an extra day or two and inquired to Della via text and she said I could have it for another day or two. I never actually took them up on it, but it was nice to know that at least I had the option. Very gracious host, therefore any of your needs and even to check up on you to make sure you’re OK. Keurig with the pods they have available for you, if you want to bring your own I think I have a lot of them. I’m sure they’ll refill them. Also, it was a nice touch with two champagne glasses and Rosé, waiting for me when I arrived. Plenty of towels and blankets to keep me warm. The central air was on point. I inquired at the end of my stay, if I needed it, when it got closer to my moving to SC in September, would I being able to stay a week or two if it was available at that time. Dells happily said she would love to have me back as I would absolutely stay there again and or recommend family/friends when they come visit me. I got a one bedroom for a reason, wink wink! Cute, clean and very private!

Great location! Not too far from and not too close to the city. This room is separated from the house so you have your private entrance but you feel safe and secure.

Immaculate and Quiet

This is a sweet studio apartment that has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We cooked 2 lovely meals, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The location was quiet, yet close to Summerville and of course convenient enough to Charleston. The bed was super cozy, and enticed me to sleep in a bit longer than usual. I would most definitely stay here again if ever in the area in the future!

Fabulous Experience

This beautiful studio apartment looks exactly like the pictures. Every thing you need is there, even books and games. Having never traveled alone before this studio apartment made me feel safer than the idea of a hotel/motel. I will be booking it anytime I’m in Charleston.

Wonderful House and Host

My husband stayed here while we were preparing for a move to Summerville. We could not have been happier with Della and the property. She was so communicative and accommodating. Not only did she offer recommendations of places to go, she also checked in frequently to see if we needed anything and to make sure all was well. She was amazing and was always a text away. We’d recommend this property to anyone!!!

Perfect for a Couple’s Getaway!

What can I say, everything was perfect. This was my first time booking an Airbnb and boy, did I luck out! The loft was clean, beautiful, and well-stocked. We were able to cook and bake with ease (my boyfriend called it a Chefs Paradise!) The bed was comfortable and we slept like two rocks! The tv had a Roku so we were able to watch some movies. The location was great, close to a Walmart when we needed to pick up some last minute items. I certainly appreciated the clothes steamer, as I had a wrinkled bridesmaids dress to deal with. The road was quiet and tucked away, so it really felt like a getaway. I really can’t say more about how lovely the loft and hospitality! We will be back to visit!!

April 2022 visit to Summerville

This conveniently located, well appointed efficiency studio met all my expectations. The host was extremely easy to communicate with and very gracious. I appreciate the privacy offered on this property. The studio was clean, stocked with water, coffee and many fluffy white towels. Checkin and out was effortless. I even needed to add an extra night, which was easy to do, we were there for 9 nights. An informational binder complete with all the need to knows was on the property and the host provided information on local eats and activities. Highly recommend. Hope to visit again!

Perfect Stay

We absolutely loved this space! We were given directions before our arrival which made check in a breeze. We were greeted by a warm oak stair case which lead up to an amazing studio apartment. Clean, quiet and simple touches made this place absolutely perfect. The space is perfectly designed. The best part for us was the location to Summerville and the peace and quiet. What you see in the pictures is what you get. We were able to cook, unwind and enjoy our time. The host was fantastic to communicate with, had amazing recommendations, and even checked for something we thought we forgot after checkout. 10/10!

This rental was perfect for our getaway to Charleston. It was only about 25 minutes from downtown Charleston. It was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The added touches of waters in the fridge and wine and chocolates was an added treat. I would highly recommend this space.
