Convenient location, just a mile away from Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park and Orlando’s most popular attractions. This resort-style gated community is set in between Sherberth Rd. and Black Lake Rd. with quick access to Hwy. 192.

Comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests in its 4 luxury suites.

Main Floor: Sitting and dining area. Full-equipped Kitchen w/ isle. Covered Open Private Patio w/BBQ and outdoor furniture. Master bedroom with King bed and full bathroom. Half Bathroom. Washer/Dryer room.
Second Floor: Master Suite w/ KingSize bed, FullSize Sofa bed, desk, and ensuite full-bathroom. Suite (2) QueenSize bed and ensuite full-bathroom. Suite (3) w/ two TwinSize beds and ensuite full-bathroom.

Magic Village Resort has a clubhouse that offers personalized concierge services, fitness center and kids room, and a magnificent resort-style swimming pool. Outdoor recreation includes beach volleyball courts and tennis courts. Guests can also enjoy a coffee at the The Bridge Coffeeshop or have a delicious dinner at the Meeting Point Restaurant.

The townhome has a luxurious feel that is defined by clean lines and monochromatic colors that give off a calming vibe throughout its rooms.

The main entrance leads to a luminous open space, featuring a state-of-the-art kitchen with an oversized island/breakfast bar with stools. The gourmet kitchen area opens up to a double-height living room where guests are drawn to the flow of the space and natural light. Enjoyable and comfortable sitting areas make the perfect spot to hang out with family and friends.

A pair of glass sliding doors lead guests to a covered and cozy patio, featuring a table set and BBQ and relaxing outdoor furniture.

Heading upstairs guests will find three flawless, contemporary-style suites that offer comfortable accommodation for up to 8 persons. The magnificent Master Bedroom consists of a KingSize bed, a Full Size Sofa bed, a desk, and en-suite bathroom with shower and walk-in closet.

Along the hallway there are two other suites. One consists of a QueenSize bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower. The other features two TwinSize beds and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Downstairs also has a master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The fifth bathroom and the laundry room with washer/dryer are located downstairs in the hallway, next to the main entrance door.
Throughout the property the simple, elegant, and contemporary décor maximizes the relaxing ambience.

Professionally Cleaned , High Touch Surfaces Disinfected, Stocked with New TP, Paper Towel, Hand Soap and more amenities for your Arrival Use! Bathrooms and Kitchen Surfaces Cleaned with Professional Disinfectant and all Clothes are Washed w Bleach & Soap and Dried on high temperature. Cleaning Team uses Gloves and Masks during all cleaning time. During Pre Arrival Inspection Disinfectant are used again on high touch surfaces. All to be most safe environment for Your Stay!

*Club House Amenities and Pools are paid direct at Magic Village Resort upon a daily fee per use per home ( 100.00/home/day of use ) , direct w then. The Resort Access for restaurant and concierge is included, but the amenities like Pool & Recreational area, Gym Fitness Center, and etc. are controlled by card and requires guests to pay a daily fee of US 100.00 per unit, which gives all guests access for the day, pay at resort as needed.
* We charge a refundable damage deposit of $400. This will be processed 2 days prior to your check-in date. The deposit will be fully refunded to you within 3 business days after your checkout, provided there are no damages or violations during your stay.

2. Online Verification Process: to maintain the safety and security of all our guests, we require completion of an online verification process. This process includes uploading pictures of your identification documents (e.g., driver's license, passport) through our secure platform. We appreciate your cooperation in completing this step before your arrival.

3. Directions and Check-In Instructions: two days before your scheduled arrival, we will provide you with the full Directions and Check-In Instructions for your Vacation Home. These instructions will include the address, gate codes, and home codes necessary to access your rental property. We recommend saving these instructions for easy reference during your journey.

It serves as a precautionary measure to cover any potential damages incurred during your stay. Rest assured that the deposit will be refunded up to 7 business days after your departure, provided no damages are reported.
Additional Amenities: we provide options such as a BBQ Grill, Pool Heater, Baby Cribs, High Chairs, Strollers, Rollaway Beds, and Pack'n Plays. Please note that these amenities come with an additional cost, which is not included in your total reservation amount. Great location!
We enjoyed our stay, the property is perfectly located for Disney trips. It’s very spacious, plenty of room for our party of 6 adults. Communication is good with management. The day before our trip was ending they contacted us and offered an extra night at a discounted price. Because of the bad storm that had moved in we took the extra night just in case the flights out of Orlando were delayed the next day. It worked out perfectly. The only down side for us was that the listing said that 2 of the bedrooms had “2 Full size beds”, we booked this property because of the bed sizes for our party of adults and no children. When I arrived at the house it does not have 2 full size beds in those rooms, they both have 2 twin size beds! Thankfully we were able to move the nightstand and push the beds together to help. That could have been a little clearer but we worked it out and really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be booking again.

Great Property manager of a decent property
This condo has great access to Disney parks and a highly responsive property manager. It’s ideal if you don’t plan to spend much time there except to sleep. The kitchen has the barest of essentials, which is okay if you don’t plan to cook anything beyond breakfast. Plan to wash/dry towels as they provide only one per person with no face cloths. Do not pay extra for pool access ($100 per day) as its unnecessary and if that’s important, best to book at another unit where its provided for free. Overall, for park access only, I would stay here again, but for hanging out at a resort, I would book elsewhere with more amenities. Not the fault of either the property or the property manager.
