This 4,221 sq. ft. luxury home is a two-story residence located on the golf course at The Fairways in The Ledges of St. George. With 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, this spacious home is designed to accommodate groups of various sizes. The interior is elegantly furnished with all the upgrades, including flat-screen HDTVs, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

The gourmet kitchen features a full-sized double oven, a large sink, and a five-burner gas cooktop, catering to those who enjoy cooking and entertaining. The open and welcoming floor plan creates a comfortable and inviting environment, with bedrooms that offer a quiet and private retreat. Outdoor amenities include a firepit, an electric vehicle (EV) charger, an outdoor gas grill, and covered patios on both the Main Floor and Walkout Basement.

Situated on the golf course, this luxurious home provides a premium living experience. Whether relaxing indoors or enjoying the outdoor spaces, residents and guests can appreciate the upscale features and thoughtful design of this stunning property.

Wonderful golf location

Excellent Experience

Great Stay

This place was great. Well set up for 5 couples, with each getting a bathroom. The layout and cleanliness was great. Southern Utah is wonderful and this place was a great jumping point for all of the activities. The host was very responsive to any issue we had. Highly recommended.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Super convenient location! We enjoyed our stay here and thought the location was great for a golf trip in the area. Quite close to grocery stores, shopping and easy access to highways to go to all the courses in the area. Enjoyed watching people tee off on the first hole during the day, and sitting around the outside fire at night.
