Welcome to your private oasis at Peace of Heaven in scenic Pacific Haven, Queensland.

This ultimate riverfront property is the perfect choice for a relaxing and luxurious holiday. Situated in the heart of the Fraser Coast, you'll wake up every morning to the soothing sounds of nature and take in the breathtaking views of the Cherwell River.

The spacious and modern interior is designed to provide you with the ultimate comfort and convenience. With six beautifully appointed bedrooms, this property can accommodate up to 20 guests. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, private panoramic views of the river and an ensuite bathroom. The remaining five bedrooms offer a tranquil escape – each equipped with comfortable beds, private ensuites, air-conditioning and two with their very own kitchenettes.

The living areas are bright and open, with plenty of natural light and stunning Riverview. The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your family and friends. The dining area and lounge are perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together.

Indoor entertainment will not disappoint. Kick back with a game of 8-ball on the full-size pool table. Keep entertained with a full Foxtel package including movies and sports with smart tv's in both the spacious family lounge and second lounge room. Keep children occupied with free WIFI and the main feature of property – the indoor plunge pool.

Outside, the property features a large private deck area with a BBQ, perfect for alfresco dining and entertaining. It had a the amenities to make our stay comfortable. The furniture was a little dated but certaonly comfortable and suitable. The host was very quick with communication.

Great property and facilities with heaps of space. Absolutely loved the 'Home away from Home' box and all the extra kitchen utensils and appliances. However, very down and UNSAFE black mould health concerns. Quite warm weather and no working ducted Air con. There were small units throughout, but filthy and full of mould so not fully functional and unsafe. Mould was extreme!!!. EVERY room and bathroom was covered with black mould. Mould also on the curtains and furniture throughout etc not safe to stay. Also lots of broken items laying around and vegetation rubbish throughout the yard and playground area. Littlest things matter eg. Broken furniture, broken garden pots with dead plants, blown bulbs,1 pool cue available & 1 broken, rubbish in couch cushions, pool filter full and broken, pool dirty, split foam cushions around spa full of water and tripping hazard, screws lose on desks and door handles broken or latches missings so kids got stuck. Bbq fat all over the ground on desk. BBQ gas and water tanks empty (house on tank water) but was rectified quickly by Kym and George (caretaker). If these were rectified, would be 5 star. But mould is not safe and very dangerous. The amount we paid for a few nights so expected somewhere not run down and certainly not with mould everywhere. Have alot of photos for feedback for Kym host, if interested as we understand the property has not been viewed by the host for 6 months or so and hate negative feedback, but i would like to know.

The house was very clean when we arrived, no problems checking in, rooms were extremely generous in size, plenty of bathrooms and kitchen equipment. Property was ideal for our family of 17, Grandparents, children and grandchildren, still felt spacious despite the numbers. Fantastic location if you’re into fishing and boating. Our boat was tied up at the jetty for the duration of our stay. Kym (host) was very responsive and helpful. The only negative was that the outside of the property(decks, pool equipment etc) is in need of a little bit of maintenance however, this didn’t impact on the enjoyment of our stay. The kids loved both the outdoor and indoor pools.

40th birthday

Very impressed with the space of this property. With 25 staying, 5 people in caravans, the property requires a ‘communal toilet/shower’ as every bathroom was attached to a bedroom. Plenty of carpark spaces. Boat ramp is high tide only ramp. Limited ability to fish in the boat due to sand/mud bars requiring high tide. A few minor maintenance issues requiring attention (leaking rainwater pipes, toilet roll holders falling off, water leak under house?septic) Kids were self amused with playground, pools, volleyball court. Fire pit was a hit after hours. Main kitchen was great for quantity of people and had every appliance and cutlery/crockery needed for massive group. Planning our next trip, but will limit to people in room and no extra.

Amazing

Amazing property with lots for everyone to do! Comfortable beds and lots of little handy extras supplied that made our stay great. A really great kitchen space with plenty of fridge room for large groups.

Perfect getaway

Our group had a wonderful time at Peace of Heaven. It was the perfect location to switch off, unwind, relax by the pool and fish! The house was stocked with all of the essentials, the host was fantastic and the location was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone to run around or escape to a quiet place and read. Relaxing stay with plenty of room

Relaxing stay with family from UK. Not too far from hervey bay and Bundaberg to do all the tours. Enough space at house to chill, fish, swim and play cars. Exceptionally well stocked kitchen. Definitely recommend

Totally Amazing

This is the perfect property for a large group. We had 14 adults and 9 kids 7 and under and we fit comfortably. The glass back wall provided an amazing view out over the pool, lawns, playground and volleyball court so you always had a good idea where everyone was. The kids ran themselves ragged. The boat ramp and jetty were great for launching our tinnies and the indoor pool was great for the kids during the day and the adults to relax in after dinner. Our stay was absolutely perfect and Kym was the best host we have ever experienced. 10/10 would recomend and we will definitely be booking again.

What An Amazing Property

Wow, just Wow. This property lives up to the description, and the owner Kym is just lovely to deal with. We booked this for a family holiday and we all loved it. The house had everything to make your stay at this house special. Unfortunately for us the weather was not kind and caused a few dramas that took away the nice aspect of this home. The host left us treats and did her best to solve the problems.

Peaceful stay, amazing set up in house

We had a great time with excellent use of the plunge pool and different entertaining areas. When it says basic staples, this is the understatement as there was some much more than we expected. When you read about the midges and needing insect repellent it really is true. We also found water pressure in showers was seriously lacking due to the rain water system. Was probably the only let down. Everything else was great.

Perfect getaway

Perfect location for a getaway and to celebrate my daughter's 21st. The house was amazing, and we caught mudcrabs off the pontoon. There was something for everyone to do. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. The best place to relax and unwind.

Great location and spot for family fishing trip

Fantastic location right on the river. House is massive and great for a large group. Extra final touches were really nice and communication was exceptional. Look forward to returning for future holidays.

The boys

15 mates spent 2 nights had a fantastic time fishing and the use of other facilities beach volley , cricket, swimming pool and relaxing around the fire pit of a night time. The house was immaculate clean and tidy everything you need for holiday away from home.

Absolutely sensational, 2 boats broke down before we even got there but the property had everything we needed to keep us entertained. The hosts were fabulous and the house decked out with extras we didn’t expect. Will definitely be back again 💯

Piece of Heaven

Title says it all. Our host Kym was amazing, contactable, nothing was a problem in fact Kym left a beautiful gifts for both my husband and myself as we were celebrating milestone birthdays with our family. Our stay felt comfortable they had everything there that you could think of, it was very spacious and you could always find somewhere to sit and have a quiet cuppa and read a book. Kids were busy playing, swimming or fishing. We didn’t even feel the need to go anywhere as we had everything there. Great fishing and crabbing as we cooked up a storm on the last night the seafood was so tasty and fresh. Could not fault this place, worth every penny. We all want to come back again and stay.
