This inviting Mariner Court townhouse is ideally situated just a short stroll from the private Association Beach on Cape Cod Bay and directly across from the Association Pool (#9) and tennis courts. Offering serene pond views, this home features three well-sized bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and the comfort of central A/C.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom includes a queen bed and flat-screen TV. A second upstairs bedroom offers two twin beds and a flat-screen TV. The third bedroom, located on the main level, also includes two twin beds and a flat-screen TV.

The renovated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and opens to a bright dining area with seating for six. The sun-filled living room provides oversized sofas, a large flat-screen TV, and sliding glass doors leading to the furnished deck—an ideal spot to enjoy views of Blueberry Pond and the beautifully maintained grounds.

Additional conveniences include an outdoor electric grill, washer/dryer, landline phone, and WiFi. Guests also have access to Beach #2.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.

Your stay includes up to $597 per week in complimentary activities (subject to season and valid for stays up to 27 nights or less). By booking with us, you'll receive free tickets—every day of your stay—to top activities, including:
