Bayside Ocean Edge Townhouse with Central A/C, Association Beach Access, Tennis & Outdoor Pool

This inviting Mariner Court townhouse is ideally situated just a short stroll from the private Association Beach on Cape Cod Bay and directly across from the Association Pool (#9) and tennis courts. Offering serene pond views, this home features three well-sized bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and the comfort of central A/C.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom includes a queen bed and flat-screen TV. A second upstairs bedroom offers two twin beds and a flat-screen TV. The third bedroom, located on the main level, also includes two twin beds and a flat-screen TV.

The renovated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and opens to a bright dining area with seating for six. The sun-filled living room provides oversized sofas, a large flat-screen TV, and sliding glass doors leading to the furnished deck—an ideal spot to enjoy views of Blueberry Pond and the beautifully maintained grounds.

Additional conveniences include an outdoor electric grill, washer/dryer, landline phone, and WiFi. Guests also have access to Beach #2.

Please note: the garage is reserved for owner use only.

Note: This property includes free access to Beach #2, Association Tennis & Outdoor Pool #9. (It does not provide access to any other Ocean Edge amenities; pools and fitness rooms)
