Great Location

This condo has everything you really need for a week in P-town. The location is great - just a short walk to Joes' Coffee, the center of town, or the supermarket. The area it's in still feels secluded and quiet. The kitchen is nicely equipped with all the basic pots, pans and tableware. The ground level unit has windows in every room, but still feels a little dark at times. The mini-split AC kept the main living room cool, but struggled to cool the bedroom as well - fortunately a ceiling fan in the bedroom helped to keep it comfortable. A dehumidifier assisted the AC - we had to empty it twice a day. Communication with the rental management company was good. We would certainly consider staying here again in the future.

Cozy and Quiet

The property is as described. Small but well-appointed, a bit more storage space would be nice (but ours was an extended stay). Very quiet location, but easily walkable to any West End destination.

Clean. Very Tight crowded rooms and dark bedroom. TV issues. good local.

Small rooms. not enough light options in bedroom, too dark, tv does not work.. Main Tv was difficult to get connected. Tv was ultra basic channel wise. Major news was not receivable. Location good. People were friendly to deal with. Crowded main room with no space to move around in. Kitchen and living area too small. Not realistic. Jammed into space.

Lots of room to spread out, very comfortable beds. Tim the owner was very helpful.

I would rent this place again except for one thing, we missed having a stove, otherwise everything was wonderful
