Cast~A~Waves (Heron Cove 102S) is an Oceanfront Condo in Nags Head. This lovely Outer Banks vacation rental has a spacious living, dining area, and sunroom all of which have access to the covered, oceanfront deck. It also features a Master Bedroom and Master Bath with jetted tub. There are two additional bedrooms, a full bath with tub/shower and separate ½ bath providing private family space. The sunroom can be closed off to serve as an additional sleeping room with its own pull-out sofa.

Imagine sitting on the oceanfront terrace with that first cup of coffee, listening to the blissful sound of the ocean and the birds. Relax by the community pool, only steps from the sand. You are truly on vacation!

This unit is located on the first level with quick stair access or there is an elevator as well. The covered parking, community pool, and easy private access to the beach add to your vacation relaxation. This well-appointed condo is a lovely home away from home!

No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets.

The amenities were great. Loved the condo. However 250 is a ridiculous price to get in a little early. We were given the wrong code to get in and had to stand out in the cold for just about an hour. If it had not been for a helpful couple,we would’ve probably never gotten in as they gave us the emergency telephone number.

Nice place as described. Well stocked kitchen. Very loud hvac system. Put a door on the master bathroom!!!! No physical address given to property. Had to go on google maps to find it. Painter had our door code to get into unit and didn’t know the olace was rented. Not good.

NICE PLACE

The property building needs a freshen up. The condo is a really nice place. Unfortunately, you can't see the beach because it is blocked by a sand dune. The manag ement service is totally another situation, we were there for 3 nights without internet service. 2 nights without television/cable service (Spectrum). The management did not do a good job of responding or keeping us informed about the status of the services. (It was March Madness weekend). Unfortunately the last few years on the OBX the internet service from Spectrum has been an issue. Overall i would visit this place again with the hope that I can get better service from Village Realtor. I was refunded $45 for the internet not working. Not sure how this helps. I suggest to the owner to replace the toilet in the master, it doesn't fit with the newly renovated place, all the toilets are nice except the master.

A Wonderful Stay

What a wonderful property! There were 3 of us on a Girls Trip and this condo was spectacular. It was incredibly clean, safe and located in a perfect spot. The pool was cleaned daily, access to the spacious beach was by the pool and the bldgs were well kept. I would recommend this property to all.

The second half of April was cool but not cold. The unit was nice, clean, and comfortable. But the fan runs constantly for the mold control and the dunes block the view of the ocean. Better choose a second floor unit if you want to see the ocean from your condo.
