This home has comfortable sleeping & dining for a family of 5 if children are included. It cannot host more than 5 adults. This applies 24/7.

This open-concept living area is perfect for lounging after a day on the mountain or at the beach. The high-vaulted ceilings and large picture windows let in incredible natural light. With comfy living room seating for 7 and a sturdy dining table for 5, there is space for everyone to relax & spend time together. Even the chef of the group can be a part of the action in this kitchen. The living space includes a large TV & a wood-burning fireplace. The balcony is accessible from this second floor living area. The bedroom is located on the ground floor, with a king bed and TV. The full bathroom is on the ground floor with a shower/tub combo. On the third floor is the open loft with 1 full bed and 1 queen bed.

About the Area:
Lakeland Village is one of the best locations in South Lake Tahoe, just one block west of Ski Run Blvd. The lakefront resort is a short 2-mile drive to Heavenly Mountain Resort and within walking distance to Whole Foods, CVS, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, various rental shops - bicycle, kayak, paddleboard, and bowling alleys. Bicycle paths are accessible directly behind Lakeland Village. Short drives to world-class mountain bicycle trails, Edgewood Golf Course, and the stunning Emerald Bay.

Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply.

Get around the city for free with the city’s new “Lake Link” on-demand ride service. Free Heavenly Ski Shuttle - pickup is at the bus stop behind the lodge on HWY 50.
