The entire house needs a major refresh. The furniture is disgusting and I was not able to sit on anything without putting towels down. Ice maker not working and mold in the ice trays and ice bin. View is ok but you have electrical poles you have to look through. Standing water in outdoor shower area and in cooler on screened in porch (screen also ripped open defeating purpose) so the mosquitos were awful. Outdated TVs and you have to unplug the fire stick to restart every time you turn the master tv on. Towels and rags need a refresh as well. They are stained and smell bad. Wouldn’t stay here again or use Evolve for booking. Way too much money for what you are getting.

Great Location!

The house was perfect for our needs as we had a member of our group using a transportation wheelchair. So the ramp up to the house and wide doors made everything accessible. The house was lovely and furnished comfortably and we enjoyed our evenings there. We were pleased to find they had extra beach towels available!It’s very close to a beach access point. There is a bridge with 4-6steps on either side to go over the dunes. And it’s walking distance to the Seahorse Grill. We would definitely recommend this home for a Surfside beach stay.

Great house. No complaints. This was our second stay there and will definitely go back. Love that it is pet friendly and kitchen is well stocked with the cookware and utensils needed for family cooking.

Perfect Spot

This place was perfect for our family. Just 3 houses away from the beach so the walk was super short. House provided several great beach amenities like a wagon, boogie boards & tubes, etc. Has a nice outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. Check-in was super easy and contactless. Loved it for the weekend and will be back again.

Comfy, Cozy, Coastal Getaway

This beach house was the perfect place to escape to for awhile. The house was clean, had such comfortable beds, and had everything we could’ve needed. It’s such a great space, with a beautiful view and a short walk to the beach. Both the property manager and the owner were amazing to work with and helped us reschedule due to the hurricane coming in. Can’t recommend this house enough and hope to come back soon! Gorgeous home with amazing views

We loved our stay! Everything was perfect. The ADA accessible ramp was so helpful for our family and the giant wagon provided to move items up was so useful. Our little dog loved the enclosed yard! The kitchen had everything you could ever need and the beds were the best we have ever seen in a rental! Our host was so gracious and accommodating. Best ever!!!

We loved this place so much that we brought our family and we were all very comfortable and there was everything we needed we will most likely return again they went deep sea fishing and caught a lot. This was our second stay at this house. It's very close to the beach, just a few houses away. You can hear and see the water from the porch. Plenty of room and the ramp is a knee saver. The beds are comfortable, very firm and each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The cable tv requires subscriptions to most everything, but we did find local tv. Don't forget your bug spray, the mosquitoes are horrible.

Perfect Coastal Getaway!!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful beach house, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! The location is perfect, offering everything we could have hoped for in a beach vacation. Here are some highlights of our stay:Awesome Beach View: The view of the beach from the balcony was simply breathtaking. It was incredibly relaxing to sit out there with our morning coffee, listening to the waves and soaking in the serene atmosphere.Comfortable Accommodations: The house was adorned with charming decorations that added to its cozy ambiance. All the linens were fresh and comfortable, making us feel right at home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals.Fantastic Outdoor Space: The fenced-in area was perfect for both our dogs and kids to play safely. We loved using the grill for barbecues, and the outdoor shower and hose were great for rinsing off all the sand. The provided wagon was a lifesaver for transporting our things up and down the ramp.Overall, our stay at this beach house exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and create lasting memories with family and friends. We can't wait to return!

Definitely a party house.

Property was fine and nothing innacurate about the listing. However it was not clean, first impression; urine on the toilet seat. Not cool. Then there was the strands of hair in the fridge. Then the plates, silverware, and cups still had a lot of stuck on debris. Once we actually cleaned the house after a 20 hour road trip. We pull back the comforter to find someone's hair on the sheets (we really hope it was someone with naturally tight curls or a perm). I guess the holiday weekend cleaning crew started celebrating early. Once we cleaned up everything was as advertised. (We didn't want to bother the host on a holiday weekend, and figured they would send the same people to clean anyway. So we wanted our definition of clean, not theirs) Neighborhood isn't really great, but the area and town seem to be improving. Hopefully this review helps.

Great Family Vacation

First, let me say that the pictures do not do justice to the property. There is more; so much more. The owner has gone above and beyond with the little touches that make this a home away from home. There are actually two wagons to make entry and exit into and from the home easy, as well as making beach access a breeze. Yes the ramp is long, but so much better than climbing stairs. There were tons of beach toys for our littles. Cozy blankets/throws for all. The deck furniture was comfy and EVERYONE loved the hammock. There were items that are not listed in the amenities that should be included, like a charcoal grill, blender, hand mixer, the beach toys, wagons, and so much more. The water dispenser is FANTASTIC and there was an ample supply of bottles to refill the unit. The washer and dryer worked amazingly well (in our last rental, the dryer would not work and you were fined if all the laundry was not dryed and put up at checkout). Additionally, the owner has a seperate small fridge where previous guests can leave refrigerated items like mustard, ketchup, etc. Check out does not have you jumping through hoops. There are only a few things you need to do upon departure. I really appreciate this as I don't feel you should be required to deep clean a unit as you pay for a cleaning service to do so! This was our second trip to Surfside and this home far exceeded the one we booked last summer. Would love the chance to stay here again!

Good weekend getaway

We only stayed for a few days, but had a great time. The neighborhood was very quiet this time of year. There were storms in the area, so between the wind and the rain, we weren't able to use the well appointed beautiful deck. The house was comfortable and very roomy. We didn't cook, but the kitchen appeared to be well equipped (several very good restaurants near by). The ramp was a life saver when carrying luggage and misc. items up. We put everything in the provided wagon and headed up the ramp. So much easier than traditional stairs The proximity to beach was wonderful. Sometimes we walked the short distance on the boardwalk, sometimes we drove a golf cart down the street and on to the beach. Plus, Galveston is less than a hour away!

The home and property were awesome. We truly enjoyed the.beach view from the deck. Our time was enjoyed by all (three adults and two pets). The short walk and easy access to the beach for many walks was awesome. Highly recommend and would definitely try to book a reservation should we return to Surfside next year.
