The full kitchen contains microwave, coffeemaker and stocked with all utensils ready for your cooking needs! The living room has new furnishings, a large flat screen Smart television, and leads to the outdoor balcony where you can soak in terrific Florida sun!

The master bedroom, with comfortable king sized bed, and television leads to a spotless bathroom. The second guestroom also has a king, and television with cable, perfect for a family or party of four. Both bedrooms have Smart TVs. Linens for all beds, extra pillows and sufficient towels for your stay are always provided at SunHost resorts. Washer and dryer and free internet are included. This unit has NO telephone.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including fax, copy, and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company.

There is one assigned parking spot for this condo. Only one car can park at Madeira Norte. Additional parking spots are not provided to Madeira Norte Guests.
