Conveniently located: only 15 minutes from CBD; bus stop outside door; 5-star Westfield Shopping precinct, restaurants and Cafes within walking distance. This townhouse has modern decor and full kitchen with quality appliances, gas cooking stoves, open plan living area and a large balcony. It offers two bedrooms each with queen bed and full ensuite, and a sofa bed in the retreat area and a small balcony, all on the 1st floor. The place is also equipped with split-system cooling and heating.
