The house was great esp the covered porch! We enjoyed it. The pool was not on site so that was a little misleading. Our family time was still great!!

Minutes to the beach and pier on Tybee Island! 7 adults 3 kids and we had plenty of room! Southern Bell was always quick to respond to all of my questions! Late check out was worth it! Big deck to hang on at night and an even bigger dining table that suited us all. Having an elevator sure made loading and unloading easy! Loved our time there!

Great location

House was great location on Tybee island, only minor repairs needed. Ice maker was huge hit. Smaller beds could use a comfort topper, a little tough for teens to sleep on. Overall, we loved this house and the agetjering space was plenty for whole family.

No beach view because of trees between rental and beach. Had several maintenance issues while there. The most inconvenient were:1 Filtered water function in the refrigerator did not work, so only water available was tap water. 2 Microwave display couldn't be seen, so the only thing that could be used was the 30 second express button. In addition, the cooktop light was out.It was the Thanksgiving holiday, so we didn't bother to report the problems until we left. We didn't want to wait for workmen, we didn't want workmen there disturbing us and also didn't want anyone there if we all went out for a walk or to play disc golf. Other than these problems, we enjoyed our stay. In my opinion, the two issues we encountered should never be encountered by guests. They were not working when we got there, so I'd have to think that there's nobody in charge of making sure major appliances are working correctly
