Beautiful house and excellent choice for our vacation

The house and property were immaculate, and an exceptional choice for our family, with a quiet neighborhood, beautiful pool, lanai and spa, outstanding communication with the owner and management team and overall - perfect!!!!!!!!! The house was gorgeous and the amenities were endless. You could not go wrong with choosing this lovely home for your away from home stay!!!!!

Excellent place!

This home was everything we hoped for and more for our group of 7. The house was very clean and the layout allowed for plenty of space and privacy while also providing ample space to gather with a group. We loved lounging in the backyard and saw dolphins in the canal on our first morning. The property manager and owner were quick to respond to any questions. Would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful

This home is beautiful! Amazing pool area. The deep infinity pool and the hot tub were nicely heated. The house was clean and had everything we needed down to the towels, kitchen gadgets and pool toys. They even have all the chairs, toys, umbrellas and things you need to go to the beach out in the garage. The property is beautiful and well kept. I highly recommend this house and would stay there again.

Is there a word better than “Perfect”? This beautiful home has every amenity – quiet neighborhood, beautiful covered pool, relaxing spa, bedrooms spaced for privacy, extremely comfortable beds, exquisite furnishings, kid friendly pool and beach toys. Communication with the owners and the property management Evolve team was excellent and every question was answered in a timely manner and with great courtesy and insight. Our family of three adults and four children were delighted with this very special home and would come here every year if we could!!!!

Amazing time!

This house was perfect. I’m undergoing cancer treatment and we wanted a private pool so I could swim with my daughter. This was the perfect spot. The pool is amazing. The house has everything you need and more. The owners have really thought of everything to make guests comfortable. The beds are firm, pillows are great. I especially appreciated the child proof doors on the lanai and patio doors. If I had to suggest anything to the owners it would be to add some to the front door and back bathroom door. We had a wonderful time and it was so hard to leave. I’d love to return.

Absolutely perfect

This property is placed on a gorgeous, scenic part of the canal. The infinity pool overlooks the canal and is bigger than it looks in the pictures. The patio/screened area around the pool is ideal for groups up to maybe ten people. For our small family of four, it was more than enough. We found ourselves trying to find a new spot within the patio/by the dock to sit every day. The house is spacious and the kitchen has every conceivable utensil and appliance you could need. The garage has TONS of beach gear for your trips to the ocean. And the location is so convenient to Sanibel, Fort Myers and any of the beaches going North toward Sarasota. Can’t say enough how great this property is. 10/10.

Great beds and plenty of outdoor and indoor seating.

Overall we were happy with the home. Home has lots of decorations. The property manager Sigrid was absolutely fantastic, beds were the best we have ever had in a rental. The only complaint we had was lack of a place to put groceries. It did work out after we removed some things from the pantry. The closets were a little tight for our clothes and suite cases. There is large mirror in one closet and in the master quite a few storage tubs which belong to the owner. So we used the "den" space to store our suite cases and some other things. IT WORKED OUT and we enjoyed our stay.

We are glad that Peggy and the 5 guests who stayed with her in the Caribbean Island Grand Deluxe. This is a vacation home offering really everything. Most of the guests have breakfast and often and big bbq but do not store a whole lot of groceries... The salad bowls, Tupperware, waffle maker, cake plates, kids dinnerware, extra coffee maker ... need of course some storage. We offer a large kitchen and dinnerware and cutleries for about 24 guests total, to make sure you are nevery short of anything. Same regarding towels, there is plenty to make sure that you never get short all of a sudden.... In the closets there is plenty of space and hangers for the clothing of each and every guest. As we are very family-friendly we offer even to sleepsometimes up to 12 in the house. This is the reason for the storage tubs - they are not for us, but these are beddings for additional guests provided by the property manager if needed. Unfortunately in the past they were often used - even outside in the pool area and on the floors and just stored back in the closet ..... Having to store them in tubs is obviously the only way to make sure everything is clean and safe to use for our guests. We are doing everything possible to provide everything even for big families. Thanks to the guests for your understanding that those things need some space. We also supply extra towels in an open tub for our guests who go boating to supply you with everything you might need! If you are looking for a place where "everything" is offered, this is the one! …as Peggy mentioned - it worked out -and as we know -pretty well! If Peggy would have known that 4 stars are considered from HomeAway/VRBO as a bad review, which take the appearance of the house back, she would very likely the house with the best beds she ever had rated this house 5 stars!

Peaceful and Relaxing!

Our stay was exceptional at Rubicon Relaxification. We have been to Cape Coral many times and this was the best house by far. The house was spotless upon arriving. The beds are so comfortable. There were towels, extra pillows, extra blankets, games for the kids, pool toys and books. Each closet had its own luggage rack for our suitcases. The homeowners take extra care to make sure their guests our comfortable. Mike the homeowner is wonderful and answered all of our questions promptly making this a truly worry free vacation. We saw dolphins in the canal more than once and on one occasion they performed their own little show doing flips outside of the water for us!! Truly a sight to see. We were able to fish right off the dock and the view of the canal from the beautiful infinity pool was priceless. We will absolutely be coming back and wish we could have stayed another 10 days!

place is showing wear and tear

weather was perfect, the greeting was great by Sigrid, however, things are falling apart and need replacement in this beautiful home, stove blew up on us 2nd day there as burner would not shut off, there was a dangerous short that blew a 220 arc flash ,it shorted out on us last year and wasn't fixed accordingly(right way) luckily nobody got fried especially me pulling the stove out, stove got replaced expeditiously same day, thanks Sigrid,dishwasher inside needs repair, hard to align dishes, grout in the tile floors are cracked in the main foyer collecting dirt, BBQ top was not up to snuff, was really dirty and corroded, many burned out lights in the home,can't utilize the boat lift, no bikes, had to trim trees ourselves after asking for a pair of trimmers after getting a thorn in my thumb trying to tear the limb off going outside the pool area,weeds growing in the tile pool area,not knit picking but things should be up to snuff for such a nice home.Our second year there, this stay you noticed things.

This only bad review ever made for this beautiful well-taken care vacation home. We give you the option to read the obvious real reason. Everyone else always rated full 5 stars. Tom’s review is the result of the fact that he intended to book the 3rd year in a row when he got home after his 2nd stay and due to the fact that he came not back with his final booking on time and a new customer booked it 3 days before he finally “woke up” - despite our reminders - almost 4 weeks after he mentioned he intended to rebook the house. And being fair to the new guest: We refused Tom’s demand/expectation to cancel the booking of the new guest. The original feedback after his stay: “Heidi, back home safely, thanks a million for your palatial home in the Cape, had a fabulous time thanks to that warm southern exposure on those cool sunny days, we all thoroughly enjoyed it, ... would like to ask you if you have the month of Feb, available next year same place? thanks, Tom L. and Family“ Realizing he came back too late Tom wrote: „I am very very upset. Give the other choice of places to those people that booked and tell them there was a huge mix up.“ We always treat our customers fair and we did not follow Tom’s request. This is his reaction: “I was just shocked that that unit went so fast, you snooze you lose and live and learn....Perhaps we'll meet down the road again. Thnx, Tom We had no claims about the oven from any other guest. A new one was installed within a record time of less than 3 hrs. Tom complains he cannot use the boat lift-not even renting a boat. As stated the lift does not belong to the rental. The dock is big enough to moor 3 boats. We do not offer any bikes, again no reason to complain, dishwasher works properly. Gardeners are coming on a frequent plan. Tom’s reaction makes us sad, getting angry at himself. The house features many things other rental homes do not offer, like a 4-zone A/C to control the temperature in each room individually to please each guest and the huge outdoor dining table, even ideal for big families. Everything is well taken care of and if you read all reviews you know that you will have an enjoyable vacation in our Caribbean Island Grand Deluxe, which belongs to the best equipped vacation homes in Cape Coral. Everyone who has ever been in this beautiful home and who reads the comment can clearly answer the question why Tom wanted to book the house the 3rd time in a row. This is the place you want to spend your vacation!

My husband, 2 kids and I had a wonderful, relaxing time. The entire property is beautiful! The house was stocked with everything you could need. We had a couple of hiccups (no fault to the owner) that were addressed and taken care of immediately. The owner was extremely helpful. Quiet neighborhood. We were so sad to leave. We would definitely stay here again.

What a Great Home!

Such a fantastic place with wonderful hosts! The house was immaculate and the pool made it even better. We highly recommend this house and we would gladly stay again.

Girls Trip!(55 to 66)

We had a wonderful time all 3 of us Ladies.We have a lot of memories from this trip and a lot of Laughs.Our Property Manger was awesome, and don't have one complaint. Had one hiccup ,but that was the best thing through this trip.The house is so beautiful and well taken care of. Will defiantly return.Thank You so much for renting to us.

Fantastic Property and Very Relaxing

Our family of 4 stayed at this property in June for a week. We had a great time. I work a lot, even on vacation, and this was the first time I was able to even partially relax on vacation. The amenities and property are very relaxing and provide a comfortable environment. The location is great. Grocery stores, restaurants, activities, and excursions are all within a reasonable distance, but property is quiet. The property owners and managers are great. Responsive and helpful. We are already looking to go back. Highly recommend.

Beautiful oasis

This property was beautiful, peaceful and relaxing! The Lanai and pool are amazing, It was an excellent place to just relax! We would definitely stay here again!
