Club at Mexico Beach is a condo complex that sits across the street from the beach in the heart of the city. Unit 2J is located on the 2nd floor with direct views of the beach through the patio doors, and the community pool is located just steps outside of the entry door. The 2nd floor is accessed by elevator, or steps if you’d prefer, and the condo itself is one floor so moving around is convenient and easy.

*We LOVE Snowbirds! Low Monthly Winter Rates* Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival and departure dates (must follow the property's turnover day, if applicable). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Please contact us with your questions or to further assist!

*Please note that the complex pool and hot tub are closed for repairs and expected to reopen mid-February 2024*

All was great, but mattresses and pots and pans were just awful.

I would give this property the highest rating but mattresses and pots and pans were awful. The Teflon surface of every pot was scratched making them to be unsafe. It was an easy fix for the kitchenware - we bought ourselves a deep pan with the lid in a nearby Ace store. The mattress issue we could not fix. Both mattresses are super old and squeaky. Every turn made a very loud noise waking up the other person and one had to turn and toss frequently because the mattress was very uncomfortable. When I was reading the reviews about this property I saw one review with complaints about mattresses, but I dismissed it, thinking that some people were very particular about their mattresses, and since we are pretty easygoing it would not be a problem for us. I was wrong. I cannot imagine that someone could have a decent rest on this kind of mattress.

Not an ideal rental

The beds are very uncomfortable. Our bodies hurt every morning and we couldn't sleep. The furniture is dated and worn. The blender didn't work. The noise from the road traffic starts at 4:30 am and goes all day and most of the night. The bedroom by the door must be close to the air handler because when it kicks on it's very loud in addition to the noise from the kids at the hot tub late at night. It rained hard one night and you could hear the rain between the kitchen wall and the closet. I guess it's some sort of drain.Floors were not clean. I walked in socks the first day and they were black.The unit was very dated. The pocket door on the master bath needs repairs. The floors in the main rooms look like they had water damage and were not replaced. There was ice on our food in the refrigerator because it was set to cold. The shower door hits the toilet and the towel rack is behind the door and you can't reach it when you get out of the shower. Property management sends to many texts and emails. The only plus to this unit was the ocean view, short walk to the beach, elevator, and carts to load your things. We have been vacationing in Mexico Beach twice a year for 15 years and this is the only time I had to give a bad review.

Relaxing Beach Stay

Clean and quiet

Excellent property overall. Only fault to the interior was no full length mirror. Plenty of room and very clean. We did come up from the beach one morning to randomly find maintenance replacing a curtain rod which scared the living crap out of us with having a 9 month old and a random man in the condo. Overall I would recommend. Just wish the owner would’ve made contact to inform us of the repair.

Trip to Mexico Beach

The property was spacious and comfortable. Also close to the beach. The only issue was lack of restaurants for the number of visitors. It was still a great adventure!
