White Sand Cottage is a light filled charming period home, located in South Warrnambool. Comprising of four pristine bedrooms, it’s the ideal getaway for family and friends looking to unwind and relax by the coast. Located within close proximity to stunning beaches, galleries, restaurants, cafés, and boutique shops, you're spoilt for choice with this South Warrnambool beauty.

White Sand Cottage is the perfect house for all seasons. The huge north facing deck, makes entertaining and relaxing a breeze in the warmer months. Or opt for a cosy winter weekend vibe, with the crackling fire in the open plan area, paired with a vintage wine.

Please note the house has one bathroom and toilet, so please take this into consideration when booking for a group. We kindly ask for no more than 6 adults per booking. The house can comfortably sleep 6 adults and 3 kids.

The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge is the perfect place to mingle after a day of sightseeing and provides a relaxed indoor vibe. The fully equipped kitchen has a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, Smeg kettle and toaster, gas stove top, electric oven, and fridge with an ice dispenser. The dining table seats six and the two couches in the lounge provide enough space for your group to convene. You will find kids’ games in the lounge and wood for the fireplace is provided.

The large deck features 4 lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table with six seats. The backyard is a secluded oasis where the kids can potter on the grass or play games on the deck.

The house is perfect for bike riding enthusiasts, with the 38km Port Fairy – Warrnambool Rail Trail located a stone’s throw from the house.

With high ceilings, polished timber floors, hydronic heating, and a recently renovated bathroom (with heated towel racks and huge back to wall freestanding bath) you might never want to leave.

The large laundry features a Westinghouse combo washing machine/dryer for guests to use.

The house is located close to the beach and many of Warrnambool's local attractions. Many visitors come to the region to experience the geothermal pools at Deep Blue Hot Springs. Sessions are available throughout the day and evening with other wellness and spa treatments available.

The Foreshore Promenade is a 1.5km walk. This links up Warrnambool's beaches from Lady Bay to Hopkin's River.
